Supply,installation ,testing and commissioning of 200 kVA transformer step down outdoor type, 11/0.433 kV,(at no load),oil immersed confirming to IS 1180(PART-I) 2014 Energy Efficiency level-2 complete with standerd fittings copper wound 3 phase 4 wire 50 c/s oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tube ,delta connected on HT side and star connection on LT side with tapping on HT side to vary secondary voltage (+ )2.5 % to ( + ) 7.5 % in steps including first filling of transformer oil as per IS-1180 Part -I 2014 & BEE certified having dielectric strength not less than 50 kV on existing plateform, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Routine test as per IS 1180 shall be carried out at the works.Type test including temperature rise test shall also be carried out at works .Site tests are also to be carried out in presence of company rep. All the tests whether at works/ at site are to be conducted in presence of MES rep and all test certificate duly signed by all concerned to be submitted by the contractor to the dept. (ii) The equipment should carry a guarantee of 30 months from the date of despatch or 24 months from date of completion of the contract ,which ever is later. Any defect during this period will be attended in a period of three days including spares and labour without any extra cost to Govt.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.225 meter deep below ground level ) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level the earth eletrode surounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on akk sides abnd including GI strip 32x 6 mm bolted ( with GI nuts , bolts & check nuts ) and riveted to earth (Plate) electrode at one end and connected to main swtich board / panel/ test point at the other including watering GI pipe (medium grade) 20 mm bore from bottom of each pit to top of electrode and 40 mm GI pipe meduim grade for earth strip protection complete with earth pit in PCC1:2:4 type B2 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel , wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returing filling in and removal of removal of surplus soil all as specified. Notes: 1. Earth strip & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3. Soil shall be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels.

Supply testing laying/ fixing of 25 sqmm 4 core size XLPE insulated screened , pvc bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor alongwith wall/poles/roof etc using fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles pipe hook etc, including taking down of old UNSV cable, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 4 above but for 16 sqmm 4 Core size.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, Bracke sketch fitting, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note:- The damaged surfaces to be made good with plastering (1:6). & applying colour wash in required coats to matching with existing surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Cost of the same deem to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra on this account admissible.

M&L for Modular point wiring for one light/one fan controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistrand copper conductor FRLS cable with and including PVC concealed conduit ISI maked heavy duty for one light fan/bell point controlled by one switch including Modular cover plate and modular metallic flush boxes of suitable way modular boxes and cover plates including PVC green insulated unsheathed 1.5 sqmm multistrand copper conductor FRLS cable as continous earthwire and connecting to earth duly, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Insulation test of point wiring (b) colour coding is to be maintained .(Ph-Red, N-Black, Half -Yellow, Earth- Green)

S&F in replacement of old unsv sheet metal enclosures distribution boards, double door three phase 415 volts 4 ways vertical TPN DB for comprising three phase four wire copper strip bus bar of appropriate capacity complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following (a) MCCB FOUR POLE 100 AMPS AC 415 VOLTS 25 KA=01 NO as incoming and 12 nos. MCB SP 40 Amps, C series as outgoing (Note :- (i)The DB shall be VTPN series of Schenieder Cat Part No:- A9HVD04L or equivalent in any of the make mentioned in list of product . (ii) The DB shall be flush fixed ,and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing specifications shall be part of job at no extra cost.(iii)connection of theMCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin /bottle type thimble -properly crimped.(iv) all the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size. (v) double continuous earth wire shall be provided for each three phase DB from earthing mains dolly (vi) MCCB's and MCB's should have a same make as of DB.

Notes: 1. Earth strip & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3. Soil shall be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels.

Notes: The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
