Material and labour for servicing and cleaning of condenser coil unit and cooling Coil unit of Package type AC Plant by cleaninhg chemical and flushing with plain water by pressure pump for removing complete trace of soda from the coil and fix in original position including testing all as specified and directed for the following capacity Package type AC plants. (Note: Servicing and cleaning shall be done once in 6 month)

Material and labour to carry out the leak test on complete refrigeration system (indoor & Out door unit) by charging the dry nitrogen gas & hold up to 24 hrs and rectifying the leakage by bracing / welding / replacing the worn out parts of refrigerant line etc including vacuumising complete system of Package Type ductable Air-conditioning plant with double stage vaccum pump of upto 29 inches of mercury pressure after repairs / replacement of compressor or Repair in Refrigeration System, including labour cost for charging the refrigerant Gas for following plants complete all as specified & directed.

Note for Item No.20 :- (i) New Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relavant items. However the T&P and labour charge deemed to include the unit rate quoted above. (ii) Once the Gas charged in it, it should hold in the system minimum six months if any gas leaked from the system the contractor has to charge the gas upto required level on free of cost and No extra cost on this account shall be claimed. (iii) Leakage test on each complete unit shall be measured separately.

Material and labour for taking down the burnout / defective scroll type compressor from the unit and supply and fixing factory made new Scroll type Compressor including necessary welding/brazing, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed for the following capacity AC plants. Make : Danfoss/Kirloskar/Blue star/Voltas/Carrier/copeland/as per existing make in plant as approved by GE.
