REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF SANITARY ITEMS, BATHROOM INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY LINE, TILING, FLOORING AND OTHER CONNECTED B/R ITEMS FOR CERTAIN REGT AND OTHER BUILDINGS IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE (A) SURATGARH AT SURATGARH MIL STN

M&L for 75 mm thick 1:3:6 PCC type C1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate finished even and smooth laid to slope of 1 in 20, laid in alternate bays, each bay not exceeding 2.5 m length with joint to be 10 mm groove at junction of wall and plinth protection filled with filled with bituminous sealing compound of grade A/ Bituminous Mastic filler/sealant,incl demolition of old PCC in any complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:3) in ceiling finishing as per matching surface incl taking down old cement / lime plaster all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even & smooth (without using extra lime or cement) incl taking down old cement / lime plaster all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on concete surfaces or surface other than on fair face of brickwork in CM (1:6) finishing as per matching incl taking down old cement / lime plaster surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rough cast finish plaster with a mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ration of 1:1:1 over and including 12mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls incl taking down old cement / lime plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade / tint over a coat of appropriate primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion of approved shade / tint over a coat of alkali resistent primer over and including a layer of 1 mm thick wall care putty of approved make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall/ ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area n.exc 1.5 sqm (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats including M&L for Factory made Single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45x85 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw with drawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, including 100 mm SS grade 304 hinge (4 No for Each) ,200mm SS grade 304 tower bolt ( 2 for each door) & 125mm SS grade 304 handle ( 2 No each door) all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
