Part - I Steel Furniture Almirah med steel as per this Drawing FD-1032 and specification as are under :- The overall size shall be of 1270mm x 765 mm x 440mm made of CRCA sheet. The body, legs & shelves shall be made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet . Welding process shall be of MIG or MAG. Locking arrangements shall be provided with duplicate keys. irrespective of what is shown on drg Steel cabinet lock Cum Handle (maruti lock) shall be provided in shutters. 04 Nos adjustable shoe shall be provided . All steel surfaces ext/internal shall be powder coated of approved shade preparation of steel surfaces. Contrast colour shall be used for painting and colour shall be approved by GE/EIC . All joints (gaps) shall be filled with metal putty/primer before powder coating. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Table 3x2 with Drawer as per this Drawing FD-1008 and specification as are under :- (a) Overall size shall be 900 mm long 600 mm wide and 760mm high. Steel frame shall be of size 800 mm long X 500 mm wide X 742 mm high, (b) Four legs made out of 25 mm CRCA square tube of 1.6 mm thick shall be provided as shown on drawing. Top of legs shall be joined together on long and short sides with 25 mm CRCA square tube of 1.6 mm th. Hard rubber shoes of premioum quality shall be provided to the bottom of legs. (c) Irrespective of what is shown on the drawing, the top of table shall be made out of 16 mm thick HDHMR board with 1 mm laminate sheet both side and 2mm PVC edgebinding of approved make duly pasted mechanically . (d) Two short stiffeners of 25 mm square CRCA tube of 1.6 mm wall thickness shall be provided at 100 mm from bottom of legs. One long stiffener of 25 mm square mild steel tube of 1.6 mm wall thickness shall be provided to the middle of short sttiffners joining short stiffners. (e) Drawer shall be provided bellow the top frame at right hand side as shown on drg duly fixed with soft close channel as per trade pattern . A lock of 25 mm as per sample approved by Engr-in-Charge/ GE shall be provided to the drawer. (f) All steel surfaces shall be powder coated with high glossy finish after preparation of surfaces by degreaing & derusting as per the colour/ shade approved by Engineer-in-Charge/ GE. (g) Rest all as specified / shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Locker Bed side steel as per this Drawing FD-1029 and specification as are under :- All dimensions shall be of as shown on drg. The body, legs & shelves etc shall be made of 1mm thick CRCA steel sheet . Welding process shall be of MIG or MAG. irrespective of what is shown on drg Steel cabinet lock Cum Handle(maruti lock) shall be provided in shutters . Adjustable shoe shall be provided to each legs as per godrej pattern. All steel Ext surface shall be hammertone painting of approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of steel surfaces. Contrast colour shall be used for painting and colour shall be approved by GE/EIC. All joints (gaps) shall be filled with putty/primer before painting. Rest all as per drg and as directed by EIC.

Almirah large steel 1/2Hx1/2 Shelves as per this Drawing FD-1033 specification as are under :- The overall size shall be of 920mm(W) x 485mm(D) x 1985mm(H) made of CRCA sheet. The body, legs & shelves shall be made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet . Welding process shall be of MIG or MAG. Locking arrangements shall be provided with duplicate keys. Steel cabinet lock Cum Handle(maruti lock) shall be provided in shutters irrespective of what is shown on drg. 04 Nos adjustable shoe shall be provided. All steel surfaces ext/internal shall be powder coated. Contrast colour powder coating shall be used for painting and colour shall be approved by GE/EIC. All joints (gaps) shall be filled with putty/primer before powder coating. Rest all as existing trade pattern/Drg or as directed by EIC.

Charpoy IP Plytop as per this Drawing FD/MAP-II/01 and specification as are under :- The complete frame work shall be made of CRCA box section with 16 guage thick as per IS-4923.12mm thick BWP grade plywood and shall be fitted on top with shunken nuts/bolts and washer as directed by EIC. Head rest and foot rest shall be detacheable. irrespective of what is shown in drg ,The Height of head rest & foot rest shall be 750 mm and 540 mm respectively, the head board shall be covered with 18mm thick prelamintated HDHMR board BSD with 0.8 mm thick PVC edging with edge bander machine, colour of board shall be approved by GE/EIC. 6x Nos MS Cleat welded to head rest to suppost the board .All metal work shall be powder coated , colour shall be approved by GE/EIC. All joints / gaps shall be filled with metal putty / primer before powder coating. clamp for MNF shall be provided to each as directed by EIC irrespective of what is shown on drg Welding process shall be of MIG or MAG and complete . hard rubber shoe shall be provided to each legs. Rest all as per drg and as directed by EIC.

Teapoy Verandah as per this Drawing FD/E6/MAP/17 and specification as are under :- The overall size of table shall be of 700mm x400mm x540mm . Frame shall be made 18 mm Square CRCA pipe with 18 guage thickness.Top shall be made of 16 mm thick plain EDHMR/HDHMR board with 1 mm thick laminate both side in colour/shade as approved by EIC/GE with 2 mm thick PVC edging of shall be fixed alround with strong bonded chemical adhesive through hot pressed machine duly round and buffed complete rest all as per drg.Frame shall be black powder coated . Rest all as per Drg or as directed by EIC.

Part - II TP Furniture Table Computer TP as per Drawing and specification as are under :- overall size of table shall be of 1500mmx750mmx750 mm.Top shall be made of 25 mm thick PLPB. Legs made of MS ,modesty panel & gable conbstructed using 0.8 mm thick CRCA sheet , frame pipe size shall be 20mmx40mm with 16 guage thickness ,key board tray ,including 3 drawer pedestal unit attached on one side drawer fitted with telescopic channels .All Frame shall be shall be powder coated complete all as specified and directed .

Shoe Rack steel TP as per Drawing and specification as are under :- Overall size shall be 900mm(w)x375mm(D)x1200mm(H) . Back/top/sides/bottom/shutter etc of body shall be made of 0.8 mm thick CRCA sheet . Minimum 5x shelves shall be provided in equal gap . Shutter shall be perforated as per sample . Complete body shall be powder coated in cotrast colour . closed type shoe rack shall be provided . Adjustable shoe shall be provided.Height shall be mesured exclusive of adjustable Shoe. SS locks shall be provided in shutter. Rest all as per sample available in yard or as approved by EIC/GE. (As per drg attached with tender documents )

Chair Revolving TP as per Drawing and specification as are under :- High back chair ,Ccushioned Arms ,Chrome base, Leatherette tapestry with swivel tilt mechanism ,metal chrome frame 100 mm gas lift mechanism , chrome base with castor wheels. Leatherette seat & Back tepastry ,Handle made with MS chrome plateds and cushioned fitted on top for confort .12/15 mm thick plywood shall be used in seat & Back with PU foam 32 Density and as per specification complete all as specified and directed .
