Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50m in width and 1.50m in depth for foundation of poles, laying of cables etc and getting out in soft/loose soil and hard standing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1 above but depth beyond 1.5 mtr long.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling in trenches with approved quality dry coarse sand around cable in cushioning for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying in trenches well burnt best quality locally available of size 23cm x 11.5cm x 7.5cm ( + 8% tolerance), sub class ‘B’ bricks for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

M&L complete for drilling hole 100 mm dia under hard standing /road for laying of pipe for protection of cable etc by means of manual bookle and without disturbing the top surface and making good the disturbed surface if any complete all as specified. Note: Necessary pipe will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying or fixing galvanised iron tubing 80 mm bore medium grade with all fittings including clamps, bolt &nuts for passing of cables fixed to pole/wall/laid under floor/through roads complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl item No 8.00 but GI pipe 50 mm bore medium grade.

Supply & laying in trenches, fixed to poles, passing through pipe XLPE FRLS insulated, armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 Core including connecting of incoming and outgoing cable using aluminium cable terminal sockets / lugs duly crimpled and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl item No 10 but LT cable 1100 volt grade of size 120 Sqmm, 3½ Core.

Supply and jointing indoor/outdoor cable end terminal joints/straight through (epoxy joints) of any type complete suitable for aluminium conductor cable of size 4 Core upto 16 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Denson cat No XSSO-1/ 3M cat No MHSX1.1KV (HSLA-1/4C) Note: Wherever if excavation is required shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per srl item No 12.00 but for cable of size 25 Sqmm 3½ Core to 50Sqmm 3½ Core. Make: Denson cat No XSSO-3 / 3M cat No MHSX1.1KV(HSLA-2/4C

Note for schedule item Nos 8.00 to 14.00: Necessary excavation and eatth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items in this schedule as per requirement.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor of any size and type and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle iron sections of any size and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of insulators of any size and type removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable concrete poles of any size/length incl necessary breaking of PCC, Excavation, Earth work and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and install steel tubular swaged poles, type 410-SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) complete with CI base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and scrows of single swan neck including applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note: Necessary excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate as in mass concrete for filling in foundation of stay/pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate as in coping of electric pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, commissioning & testing of LT Cubical panel board outdoor type CPRI approved consist of sheet steel enclosure 900 x 750 x 350 mm made out of 3.15 mm thick totally enclosed dust proof duly painted with powder coated duly provided the hut shape sheet on the top of the panel, (shade No. 7032 Siemens gray) made with MS angle section of 50x50x6 mm frame with front & back open able, double door system lockable / open able by keys from both sides having flush pattern fancy locks with louvers, pad lock arrangement & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. 'U' type gasket to make the outer shell completely vermin proof. The bottom of the outer shell contains detachable plate having provision for entry of armored cables of adequate sizes with glands. The outer shell shall be powder coated with pure polyester Siemens grey structural RAL 7032 shade. fully wired up with suitable size of multi stranded copper wire not less than 1 Sqmm and ready to connect load & control lines with suitable gasket to make it dust / vermin proof & general construction confirming to IS:8623 / 93 including and mounted on suitable PCC (1:2:4) type B 1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate foundation consisting of the followings for centrifugal /mono block pump motor set 7.5 HP:- (a) MCCB 63 A 16 KA TP - 1 No. (Incommer) Contd......

Notes: The amount of Rs 29,950.00 against schedule of credit given on Tender Serial Page No 28 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted by the contractor against BOQ while deriving the contract sum for acceptance.
