Material & labour for Removing of old unsv/un tension MS spring ,02 Nos in each seat and S&F new MS Steel spring of seat fitted in iron bar of seat,as to smooth functioning as original to -fixing the same as original to chair chair with other allied works complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge. (Note:-Sample of chair can be seen in site before quating rates)

Material & labour Removing of old unserviceable upholstery of tapestry cloth of seat & back chair tip up moulded polythene foam 48 to 52 density and S&F new tapestry cloth of high quality to upholstery to chair tip up moulded polyethylene foam seat and back covering seat and back along with PVC beading as original show on drg or all as directed by Engg-In-Charge. (Note:-Sample of chair can be seen in site before quoting rates)

Material & labour ,Removing of old unsv cup holder in each seat and Supply & fix new PPCP armrest with cup Holder complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge. (Note:-Sample of chair can be seen in site before quoting rates)

Repair to Steel Almirah Large/ Med/Lockers FD- 67, FD -1031, FD- 243, FD-1032

Removing of old unserviceable locks from the locking assy by loosening of screws, supply & fixing new locks of Godrej pattern with dupl keys complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable handles from almirah large / med / locker bed side and supply and fixing of new handle of mild steel chromium plated 100mm best quality as approved by Engr - in Charge.

Removing of unserviceable MS cleats from the almirah large /med/bed side lockers supply and fixing of new MS Cleats of best quality to be fixed in the vertical channel below of each shelves to maintain equal distance between shelves complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable shelves supply and fixing new shelves made out of PBI sheet 01mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable leg from bottom portion of almirah supply & fixing of new leg made out of PBI Sheet 1mm thick as per Drg complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable hinges from shutter and supply and fixing of new hinge as per drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Repair to Welding of Steel Furniture FD – 67, 1031, 1032, 84M , 1003, 1004, 75M, 258, 77M &78M

Material & labour for spot welding of steel items of broken joints etc not exceeding 2.5cm in length & thickness 6mm & incl scraping preparing surface of welded portion by grinding & applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on welded portion only complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge.

CHAIR DINING CUSHIONED (MAP) FD/MAP/I/04

Removing of old unserviceable cushion seat of chair dining (MAP) and supply and fixing new cushioned seat of chair dining (MAP) cushioned seat shall be made of 25mm thick & 40 density, cushion fixed on 12mm thick BWR ply which shall be rest on 75mm x 75mm x 25mm teak wood stoppers, stoppers to be fixed at four corners of main frame of chair complete all as specified & directed and as shown in drg.

Taking out u/s front leg and Supply & fix new teak wood front leg as per drg complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Taking out old u/s rear leg and Supply & fix new teak wood rear leg as per Drg complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Taking out UNSV front/ back seat rail and Supply & fix new teak wood front seat rail as per Drg complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Taking out UNSV side rail, Supply & fix of new teakwood side seat rail as per Drg complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Taking out UNSV back strip, Supply & fix of new back strip as per Drg complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Taking out UNSV stiffener, Supply & fix of new teakwood stiffener as per Drg complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of old/new chair dining cushioned (MAP) and polishing of high gloss french polish of chair dining cushioned (MAP) complete all as specified & directed.

Repair to CHARPOY GI PIPE PLYTOP :- FD-220(M)

Removing the existing UNSV long rail from charpoy GI pipe and S&F fresh long rail made of GI pipe 32mm dia medium Grade SI marked duly threaded both ends and fixing to charpoy complete all as per Drg/Directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing the existing UNSV elbow from charpoy GI pipe and S&F fresh GI elbow 32 mm bore and fixing to the charpoy all as per Drg

Removing the UNSV check nut from charpoy GI pipe and S&F fresh check nut and fixing to the charpoy all as per Drg.

Supply & fix mild steel square tube of size 20x20mm, 1.6mm thick 3 feet long 03 Nos, coated with red oxide primer and synthetic enamel paint, welded at equal distance with long rail parallel to short rail.

Supply & fix 12mm thick BWP exterior Grade plywood of size 6'x3' , screwed down to the GI pipe with appropritate machine screws all as spedified in Drg & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply of Sofa Set 5 Seater FD-281 DIMENSION:- Overall size shall be as shown in drg, all wood shall be first class well seasoned MP teak and free from knots and cracks, irrespective of what is shown on drg. The lenght of the three seater sofa is 1740mm and widht shall be 725mm , height of the rear leg shall be 735mm and front leg shall be 550mm. Size of the front and rear legs shall be 75mm x 35mm and stiffner shall be 35mm x 35mm. A 12mm Ply as specified shall be there for the support of the cushion. The height of the the ply shall be 270mm. Front rail shall be 100mm x 35mm. All arms shall be 75mm x 35mm. 100mm foam 40D cushion with tapestry cloth as specified shall be present with the sofa set. All wood work and veneered surfaces shall be treated with french polish as specified. Timber shall be seasoned teakwood GDE-I. Pre-laminated MDF Board of Grade-I exterior quality as per IS:14587 shall be used. All joints and fixing shall be done by computer numerical control (CNC) in accordnace with the std workmanship/specification. 6mm th lipping shall be provided on all exposed edges of MDF duly treated with french polish as specified. Polish and Finish:- All exposed and hidden surfaces of wood shall be melamine polished with a high glossy finish. Rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engg-In-Charge.
