M&L for online dehydration, filtration and cleaning of transformer oil, isolation transformer/ Servo voltage stabilizer etc at different locations by suitable dehydration plant testing of oil sample before and after dehydration for each transformer/equipment and results of transformer insulation oil minimum upto 11 KV with 2.5mm gap, recorded jointly by contractor and Engineer-in-Charge complete including all necessary tools, plants, transportation etc all as specified/directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Oil for toping up/fresh fill shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) Certificate for oil testing result before and after filtration shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for toping up oil level with and including new insulation oil confirming to IS-335 including all necessary tools, plants, transportation etc all as specified and directed. Note: Certificate from manufacturer for oil testing result shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge immediately after topping up.

M&L for preparation of surfaces for steel poles painting of any size by scrapping damaged paint and painting with two coats of silver aluminum paint and writing pole No with black paint on yellow circuit at the bottom of pole to be painted with yellow and black paint as per the existing all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 18 above , but for 2 pole structure complete.

M&L for re-stretching of ACSR conductor and removing unwanted sagging including trimming of trees branches 1.5 mtr clearance from OH conductor. One span between two poles is considered as one job all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces for Isolation Transformer/ Servo Stabilizers of any type or capacity, painting by scrapping damaged paint and painting with two coats of suitable paint as per existing one and writing MES/MS No with white paint on black circuit all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling isolation transformer/Servo voltage stabilizer for repairs of any make of single phase upto capacity of 5 KVA, including transportation to workshop by removing coils, laminations, tank cleaning replacement of damaged parts, including brazing, soldering sleeveing and insulating etc as required and oven drying of core assembly all as per site requirement and directed. Note: (i) Replacement of unsv nuts/bolts/washer to be done within the quoted rate. (ii) Other spares as required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only.

Comprehensive Service/Repair/Maintenance and monthly visit for regular maintenance for the automation of intelligent addressable fire alarm control panel and flowchart based programmable RTU at including checking testing and cleaning of loop card, main board, LCD display, Printer panel, AC filter, transformer, lead acid batteries, inverter, multisensor, sounder, MCP, beam detector, zone monitor module, remote response indicator, loop isolator, amplifier and loud speakers carrying out normal repairs for the trouble free and efficient functioning of the entire fire alarm system by providing one engineer for monthly visit all as directed and as per specified NFPA 72 and guidelines.
