M&L for Dismantaling of existing main squirrel cage induction motor pump set by unscruwing/cutting nut bolts,cable connections ,earth connectinons and trasportation to workshop for periodical maintenance /servicing of motor pump set including rewinding, varnishing of winding with graded varnish,heating of winding in oven at specified tempreture and dehydrate the winding complete.greasing of bearing and bushing, scraping of old paint, prepairing the surface by using redoxide primer and paiting of motor as per colour code and mark the MES/SM number, Split opening of pump ,checking of bearing /busing impellers ,greasing of bearing /busing ,empellar replace whether required as existed and assembling complete motor pump set by replacement of nut bolts gland packing ,papper packing,etc and testing complete up to the entire satisfaction of Engr in charge. M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on exising following installations all as per colour coading complete all as specified and directed for following items:-

(a) Panels

(b) 100/150 mm CI Pipe

(c) 80 mm / 50mm/ 40 mm GI pipe

(d) Pumps of any capacity

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface and finishing surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for valve pit chamber internal dimension of 900mm x 900mm x 900mm built in brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) including base concrete PCC (1:4:8) mixed type D2 100mm thick, Plastering to brick work in cement mortor 1:6. 15mm thick internally and externally including provision of 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover fixed with angle iron frame of size 50x50x6 abandon in PCC 1:2:4 mixed type B-1 including copping of 100mm thick with PCC 1:3:6 type C2, painting to steel and iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide of primer, necessary earth work and excavtion in any type of soil complete with locking arrangement all as specified.Including dismantling of existing damaged valve pit chamber and disposed of the retrieved material all as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling existing unserviceable sluice valve and Repair / servicing by opening stuffing box, MS Nut, Bolts etc. for replacement and repairing of spindle, check nut etc and reassembling repaired sluice valve and making functional and refixing the same including replacement of Gasket,Gland Packing etc all as directed for following size:- (a) size 100

(b) size 150 mm

(c) size 80 mm Note for item No 70.00, 70.01, 70.02 above:- Parts of the sluice valve shall be measured and paid for seperately under relevant items . Supply and fix in replacement of male, female coupling (valve caps) made out of cast iron body and mounted on sluice valves for operating spindle of sluice valves of sizes from 80 mm to 150 mm dia all as directed..

Supply and fixing of sluice valve operating rod made out of 30mm dia solid MS rod one side duly welded with female copling of sluice valve all as directed. Note : Sluice valve female coupling will be supplied under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for dewatering & Cleaning of the under ground sump for water and removing accumulated silt / sludge from bottom of sump (Approx 20-30 cm thick) along with foreign materials including dewatering of the sump well complete and removing to a distance exceeding 50 m but not exc. 100m including cleaning and watering rubbing with coir brush for walls and bottom of the reservoir with fresh water by adding bleaching powder for disinfection (approximate area not exc. 450 Sqm), clean the all valve pit chamber by removing mud dust internally and remove grass/vegetation up to 30 cm all side of valves pit chamber. clean valves and chamber cover and apply one coat of red enamal paint to the cover and black synthetic enamel paint over valves body marks with white synthetic enamel paint and including white washing with one coat of lime and painting the date of cleaning, due date of cleaning and capacity of tank and repair to the water tank etc complete all as specified and as directed at Fire Pumping Station, Points Auditorium DIAT (DU) Girinagar, Pune - 25.

Supply and fixing in repairs fully automatic details delta starter MK2 DOL, relay range not less than 32 Amp coil voltage 380 V; motor rating at 3 phase, 415 V, 50 Hz complete all as Specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge. Make:- L&T CAT No.CS90947 or equivalent in C&S and Legrand as approved.

Supply and fixing in repairs fully automatic details delta starter MU2 DOL, relay range not less than 38 Amp coil voltage 380 V; motor rating at 3 phase, 415 V, 50 Hz complete all as Specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge. Make:- L&T CAT No.SS95648 or equivalent in C&S and Legrand as approved.
