Dismantling and removing damaged 15 to 40mm dia G I pipes including stacking of dismantled pipes (within 50 mtrs lead) per direction of EIC. Complete.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 mtrs lead in 1:3:6 or richer mix as directed by EIC.

Dismantling of tile work in walls and floors including disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtrs lead as directed by EIC.

Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C I / PVC/ Vitreous china) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 mter lead.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patches in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead including all carriages and cost of material involved.(1:4) Mix (1 cement : 4 course sand).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade new work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer. including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Finishing walls with water proofing Acrylic emulsion exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade to given an even shade new work two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer @ 2.20kg/10sqm all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and fixing ceramic rectified glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufactures) of Ist quality conforming to IS: 15622 of Somany, NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in colour such as white, ivory, grey, fume Red, brown laid on 20mm thick be bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete incl. all carriage and costs of material involved.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like NITCO. ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in all colour, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slury @ 3:3 Kg per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. including carriage of material.

Providing and fixing gang saw cut mirror polished (pre molded and pre-polished), machine cut for kitchen platform, vanity counters window sills facias and similar locations of required size of approved shades , colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) with joints filled with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing molding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. green marble 16mm thick.(As per the instructions of engineer in charge).

Providing edge molding to 18 mm/ 16mm thick Granite/Marble stone counters, vanities etc including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc (Double Molding) using glue type adhesive Araldite of Pedilite make for holding the bottom side of the molding (including cost all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete as per design approved by EIC.

Extra for opening of required size and shape for wash basin/ kitchen sink in kitchen platform, vanity counters and similar location in marble / granite/ stone work including necessary holes for pillar taps etc including molding, rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc complete.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
