Safe Loading, Carriage & unloading of following material from Central stores Daliganj To J.E's Store and from J.E's stores to work at site.
(a) PCC pole 8.5 mtr. Long.
(b) 33 KV XLPE cable 3x300 Sqmm.
(c) ABC Cable 3x50/3x95/3x120 Sqmm.
(d) Distribution box 3 phase.
(e) 33 KV 3x300 sqmm XLPE Cable S/Th.
(f) 33 KV 3x300 sqmm XLPE Cable O/D.
(g) Stay Set complete.
(h) Earthing Rod.
Errection of 8.5 mtr. PCC pole by digging pit binding of Aerial Bunched Conductor fixing of necessary clamps alongwith grouting &Plinthing of pole. All material shall be supplied by the contractor and pole provided by the department.
Erection & commissioning of 33 KV 3x300 sqmm XLPE Cable S/th. Only S/th jointing kit provided by the department.
Erection & commissioning of 33 KV 3x300 sqmm XLPE Cable O/D. Only O/D jointing kit provided by the department.
Grouting & Nuzzling of stay set complete and fixing of necessary clamps, complete Stay set and other accessories. Only stay set shall be supplied by the department & nut bolts shall be provided by the contractor.
Ordinary earthing by MS earth Rod 2500 mm long & GI strip of size 40x5 mm as per RESPO Schedule. Only Earth rod shall be supplied by the department & GI strip, nut bolts shall be provided by the contractor.
Supply and fixing of clamps.
(a) Dead end clamps
(b) Eye hook for Dead end clamp
(c) Suspension clamps
(f) LT neutral bare connector.
Erection & commissioning of 3x50/3x95/3x120 sqmm XLPE Aerial Bunched Conductor. Only ABC shall be supplied by the department.
Erection of Distribution box 3 phase on newly erected pole with the help of pole clamp nut and bolts.Only Distribution box shall be supplied by the department & nut bolts shall be provided by the contractor.
Laying of 33 KV XLPE Cable 3x300 Sqmm by Drilling method. Only cable shall be supplied by the department.
Hoisting of 33 KV 3x300 Sq. mm XLPE cable at double pole. Cable will be passed through MS pipe of required size duly clamps with pole at the bottom, middle and top of the pole. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor)
High pressure testing of 33 KV 3x300 XLPE along with arrangement of High Pressure equipment.
