Supply of Electric point machine IRS type, non-trailable type, 143 mm. throw, rated voltage 110V DC with internal locking complete. The point machine shall be Rotary locking type and 1 shall have a min. AC immunity level of 160 V (R.M.S), 50 Hz with interlocking complete with lock, detector, cable terminal box and slide for lock and detector as per RDSO spec. no. IRS: S 24-2002, & Motor S 37- 2022 Version 2.0 (i.e. IP-67 MOTOR), RDSOS/10800 or latest with latest amendments if any. (Inspection: RDSO).

Supply, Fabrication and Installation of Water proof Galvanized MAINCOVER ASSEMBLY complete spare for POINT Machine comprising of Main cover, CRANK HANDLE HOLE SUB. ASSY, KEY HOLE LOCK SUB. ASSY, DOOR LOCK, RUBBERGASKET of MAIN COVER ASSY, Rubber GASKET (C.H. HOLELOCK ASSY.), CRANK HANDLEHOLE LOCK BASE, CRANKHANDLE HOLE LOCK LID, PIN (for C.H. HOLE LOCK S/A), RUBBER GASKET (C.H. HOLELOCK ASSY. LOCKING CAM, KEY code 856051010-s along with Fixing material to trap accumulated air as per Drawing no RST-12161, 2 modification in cover as per consignee requirement. It includes uplifting of existing termination box and rewiring of point machine with contractors' own material. Thickness of cover material: - 2mm, galvanized and power coated shall be done on cover. Supply of Electric point machine, non-trailable, internal locking, 220 mm throw, with 3 IP 67 motor, Minimum AC immunity 400 VAC, with tools & complete accessories including complete ground connection and all insulation, crank handle and along with clamp point lock 60 kg, TWS as per Drawing No. RDSO/S- 11000 & RDSO/S-3395 and as per RDSO SPN. IRS: S24/2025 Rev.3.0 or latest. Inspection- RDSO

Fabrication & Supply of complete set of point rodding for point machines of IRS type 4 or its equivalent type as per. drawing. No. SA 8800-01 (Adv) or latest along with 'P' brackets and 'L' bracket required (coal Bengal for smithy work, all type of nuts & bolts and Lugs as required also to be supplied by contractor with each set) , Inspection: RITES.

Fixing, wiring, testing and proper adjustment of point machines as per standard Railway Practice. This includes - i) Fixing of switch extension/P bracket, providing insulation for switch extension bracket/P bracket/L-bracket, fixing ground connection, adjusting the correct opening of switches and adjusting the point machines with crank handle. ii) Supply of wiring material and wiring inside the point machine & 30/ 40-line junction box provided with terminals strip for cable termination. iii) Supply and fixing of GI pipes with flange for taking cable into point machine and 5 junction box through Gland/ GI pipe. iv) Complete material for installation viz. GI pipes/Gland Pipe, wiring materials, various fixing nuts and bolts, angle irons (75mmx75mmx10mm), channel for fixing the machine, lugs for point rodding and insulation for stretcher bar 90R/52/60Kg. As per RDSO drawing No. SA -23172(Adv.) Alt. 1 will be supplied by the contractor. v) Smithy and fitting works required at site for complete installation, Installation of gauge tie plate and providing insulation for G.T.P. as per Drawing. No. NR/S&T/CON/7.6/97 and William's stretcher bar will be done by contractor. Machine shall be overhauled by contractor if required. vi) This includes removal of existing gears wherever required. Switch Plate lubricant - Cenolube 100 or better NLGI 00 GRADE Black colored which should be non-asphaltic Non bituminous blend of very heavy oils, inert thickeners and lubricating solids coupled with molybdenum disulfide and graphite with no traces of chlorinated solvent such as 1,1,1 trichloroethane which are flammable and harmful to the environment. Should have a blend of select high viscosity index solvent refined severely hydrofinished paraffin base oils and synthetic base fluids. It should incorporate solid lubricants & organo molybdenum di sulphide to fill & lubricate micronized asperities to provide & form many films on the contact surfaces to prevent metal-to- metal contact. It shall be designed to be hand applied providing a tough adherent Lubricant film with 6 Tacky semi-dry finish reducing contaminant adhesion. The grease Should Not form a difficult to remove thick DRY film which requires scrapping & solvent cleaning of Switch Plate specially before reapplication The grease should Not need Cleaning or scrapping before Reapplication. The Grease should be formulated for tropical climates and should not contain pour point depressants and should Not be too thin. The grease shall be Resistant to water wash off & dilution, water insoluble, non-melt and chemically resistant to exposed environment. The grease shall be formulated with Extreme Pressure additives, rust and corrosion inhibitors, anti-wear additives to protect external surfaces against the harsh elements in severe climates, thus reducing rust binding and adhesive wear on switch plates Four Ball Weld LOAD (ASTM- D2596) >600 Kg, Copper corrosion 24 hrs @ 100c (ASTM D 4048) 1a -2e packing Size 20 kg /25kg Drum.'(Inspection Agency-RITES)

Supply of Relay AC immune, plug in type, style QBCA1, based point contactor, 24 V 7 DC2HF/4B contacts, front contact heavy duty and back contacts metal to carbon, complete with plug board retaining clip and connectors confirming to BRS:943A, IRS:S-34 and IRS:S-23 as applicable or latest. The interlocking code for this unit shall be BCEJK. Inspection: By RDSO

Supply of Gauge Tie plate insulation as per RDSO/SPN/168/2005as per RDSO drawing No: T- 10372Alt2, T-10368, T- 10371Alt2,T-15083/88/Alt2 & T-11690/Alt2 and as per 10 RDSO/SPN/168/2005with latest amendments as applicable. Excavating and refilling of trench in Normal Soil to the level of ground with rammed earth as per approved Drawing. No.NR/S&T/CON/1-1/97A. Aso as not to form a drain 0.3 Mtrs. Wide & 1 Mtr. Deep on both side of the station alongside the track. It shall conform to the safe distance as per signalling and cable plan. It also includes clearance of roots of trees & bushes. Inspection: Site Engineer.

Supply and laying of 2nd class bricks in the trench and laying as per approved Drawing. No.NR/S&T/CON/1- 1/97A as per instructions of the site Engineer. Inspection: Site Engineer.

Laying of signalling/Telecom/power cables of different sizes as per approved Drawing. No. NR/S&T/CON/1-1/97A and as per cable route plan approved by Railways and meggering of cable before and after its laying of all type of outdoor cables. Inspection: Site Engineer.

All work of horizontal boring and trenchless cabling along with supply, transportation and insertion of double wall corrugated pipe -( ISI marked) conforming to RDSO Spec no. 14 RDSO/SPN/204/2011, and the laying of cable in the boring under the track / road etc. as per instruction of site engineering. by using pipe of size 120 mm outer diameter, 103.5 mm inner diameter in which required number of cables to be crossed. The depth of horizontal boring should be minimum 1.0 m from rail flange/road level. Inspection: RITES for DWC pipe.

Supply and fixing of G.I. pipe perforated at a distance of 20 CM or less of required 15 length at culverts/ bridges/along the cuttings, suitably concreted at both ends as per drawing. No. (NR/S&T/CON/1. 4/97) or at ASM office / other buildings suitably fixing it to the wall and at both ends. G.I. clamps of M.S. flats bolts and nut, to be supplied by the contractor. G.I. pipe 75/80 mm diameter, 3mm thick. Inspection: Consignee.

General concrete work in cement, coarse sand and aggregate ratio 1:3:6, work 16 scattered at different places for items not covered in above schedule and fine plastering of top will be done with cement sand ratio of 1:4. Volume of foundation also includes volume of C.I. base, anchor bolts etc. Coarse sand, aggregate 25mm and cement to be supplied by contractor. Inspection: Site Engineer

Supply of electric fuse complete with fuse block(base) for Railway signalling non- 17 deteriorating type low voltage fuse assembly 2Amp/4Amp/16Amp. to suit. Specification. No. IRS: S78/2006 and fuse block made of PBT/Polycarbonate as per IRS: S-75/2006 (Rev-2 & Amendment 2) and drawing no. 23748 (IRS) Alt.4 or latest. Fuse block shall be suitable for round head type fuses. Inspection: RDSO.

Transportation of signaling materials by road as per the instructions of the railway 18 representative at the site. The work also includes loading and unloading of the materials. Necessary man power and machinery is to be deployed by the contractor itself as per the requirement of the work. Work execution sheet is to be attached with the measurement. Transportation up to 100 Kms. Inspection: Consignee.

Maintenance of Track Mounted Equipment's like S&T fitting on turnouts including different activities during BCM/TTM/UNIMATE machine works as follows: Specially opening and refixing of DC Track circuit jumpers / Axle Counter transducers during different Engineering Works Opening of DC Track circuit / Axle Counter transducers digging work from rail to TLJB / TMU/ Location is required to be done as per site requirement also after refixing of DC-Track circuit / Axle Counter 19 transducers needs to be buried in proper depth. It includes drilling hole in rail as per site requirement. The team to be provided for this work should comprise of: Fitter -1 Nos., Blacksmith -1 Nos., Mason / Carpenter - 1 Nos. and Helpers - 5 Nos. also it includes any work of Electrically operated lifting barriers (EOLB) or sliding boom and earthing arrangement of Signalling gears. Any other work as per instruction of Railway Engineer. All T&P & jigs required to execute the work will be supplied by the contractor. (NOTE: THE UNIT FOR THIS ITEM MAY BE READ AS "PER DAY PER TEAM"). Inspection: Consignee.
