Taking up or taking down old unsv steel tubing and connections removal to store for the following sizes complete all as specified and directed :-

Relaying of old GI pipe line after cleaning of joints and fittting as taking out against item No 1 for the following size :-

(a) 50mm bore

(b) 25mm bore

(c ) 20mm bore

Supply, fixing / laying, jointing and testing of GI pipes, medium grade, ISI marked with all fittings fixed on wall/ roof or laid in trenches/ floors complete all as specified including taking out the old pipe as directed for the following size :-

(a) 50mm bore

(b) 25mm bore

(c ) 20mm bore

S&F in repair sluice valve ISI Marked (IS 14846-2000), Class PN-1.6, both ends flanged with CI body, stainless steel spindle, chucknut and iron wheel etc including provision of new nuts, bolts, washers and gasket including testing complete all as specified and directed for following size :-

(a) 150mm bore

(b) 100mm bore

(c )80mm bore

S&F in repair Gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, ISI marked screwed both ends for iron pipes and fixed including taking down the old one complete all as specified and directed for the following size:-

(a) 50mm bore

(b) 40mm bore

(c )25mm bore

(d) 20mm bore

M & L for Excavation for taking out/laying cable/GI pipe in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceding 1.5 m deep for GI pipe of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning filling in including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for valve chamber of size 1500mm x 1500mm x 860mm (internal dimention) with brick masonty valve chamber, 100mm thich PCC (1:4:8) type D2 as in foundation, 200mm thick brick wall built in CM (1:6), 50mm thich coping of PCC (1:3:6) type C1, 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) to all internal and exposed surface including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, MS sheet cover 6mm thickness along with angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 5mm with locking arrangement with necessary fixing materials like hinges, nut bolts etc (valve chamber cover shall be opened in two valves) and painting to MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc with and including dismantling and taking out existing damaged/ rusted valve pit cover of any size from valve pit chamber complete including demolish the old one all as specified and directed.

Dismentling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rail etc including cleats, brackets etc.

M & L for mild steel screw, bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut not exc. 10 cm long of dia 15 mm complete all as specified and directed

M & L for run lead joints with jointing materialof size 150/100 mm dia complete all as specified.

Taking up or taking down CI/DI pipe from position including opening of any type of joints for following sizes complete all as specified and directed :-

(a) 150mm bore

(b) 100 mm bore

Relaying of old CI/DI pipe after cleaning of joints and fittting as taking out against item No 14 for the following size :- Note: Jointing material will be measured and paid seperately

(a) 150mm bore

Supply, fixing/ laying, jointing and testing of Cast Iron pipes with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast, Class 'LA' in any length, laid in trenches or fixed on wall complete all as specified and as directed including taking down the old pipe for the following size :- Note : Run lead joints shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for tyton joints ( rubber gasket ) of size 100 mm dia as per existing sample complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of CI/DI fittings i.e. bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), T- pieces single branch, 'Y' junciton double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot), collars, caps and plugs etc suitable for & upto 150mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Non return valve ISI Marked (IS 14846-2000), Class PN - 1.6, both ends flanged with CI body, having counter weight with leather sheet etc including provision of new nuts, bolts, washers and gasket including testing including taking out the old one complete all as specified and directed of following size :-

(a) 100mm bore

(b) 80mm bore

M & L for jointing of broken GI distribution pipe line of size 20 mm to 50 mm complete complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Cost of exavation, GI fittings required such as TEE,UNION,SOCKET,TANK NIPPLE,BEND,ELBOW,NIPPLE as reuired for jointing the pipe so that no leak occurs is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply & fix 150mm bore medium grade galvanised steel water tubes with both end flanged and including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, union,jointing etc and fixed complete complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Cost of flange with rubber gasket and nuts and bolts as required for connecting is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing ,scrapping down smoke soot ,moulds,moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of white was complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concretexfloor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match imcluding Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick CM 1:4 for laying floor finishescomplete all as specified and directed.
