Providing, laying & fixing of Lumber Processor consisting of all type of holders attached with supernatent. It shall be capable to mount any type of surface like bottom/slab mounted. Installation shall i/c provision of fixing of all supertus. It capable to handle all materials. At outer portion it should be completely quiescent i/c attached with modular dipper wholer v – notcher. It shall be design for continues working mode. Nothing shall be paid extra for same. Erection shall be horizontal/vertical or as per site requirement & also as per direction of Engg.–in–charge. MOC shall be mild steel type (outer body) equipped with all type of required boosting system along with automatic or manual operating system .It shall be operated through S.M.P.S. (Switch mode power supply) A.M.P.S. (Auto mode power supply) without disturbing the whole grid. All required fittings like mounter, hinges, supporting system shall be provided with this mild steel case. Nothing shall be paid extra for the loading/unloading or staging the same. It shall be mounted any type of surface. Bearing high clotting capability min. zero point five tpd without disturbing the supply. Agency shall provide the supporting channel mounted on top / side of mild steel caser. After mounting Or staging hooker agency / contractor shall be painted through anti-rusting coloured enamel paint on complete set.

Providing & laying of Cellulose set consisting of; All type of the holders along with fastener(if required) attached with base frame. It shall be capable to mount any type of surface like bottom/ top slab mounted. It shall be handle different type of three phase supply. During process the retained substance material should be stabilized up to zero point five tpd through Cellulose. It shall be operate both side along with anti rusting outer covering with heavy back pressure bearing capability. It shall be procure at side shall be in dry from by agency. It shall contain dry highly acidic pucker cartage. Pouring shall be in the plater set along with hard surface ratio. Assembling shall be at site or off –site by the agency. All types of brackets/ holders along with fasteners attached with base frame(if required), capable of both floor mountable/ top slab mountable, suitable for smoother operation.Nothing shall be paid extra for the lifting Or mounting the system at site.All required toper, lower & sider accessories shall be in scope of the agency.Nothing shall be pay extra to the agency.After mounting & staging the system required coat(One or more)of enamel paint coating will be in scope ofagency/contractor.Allwayers shall be mounted side Or top side of the system Or as per OEM Specifications.
