Repairing of 7.5MVA transformer as per scope of work of NIT
Complete dismantling and re-assembling(after making fresh coils) of transformer core, coils and its accessories.
Repairing of burnt out core and its rehabilitation.
Dismantling and preparation of new coils with proper re- insulation of conductor for Primary main 33KV coils with tapping coils and Secondary Winding Coils.
Dismantling and preparation of new coils with proper re-insulation of conductor for reactor coils.
Supply and fitting33KVgrade insulting materials for core insulation and lead taping, silver brazing rods etc for making all connections.
Drying out of coils after complete assembly of core and coils after re-tanking.
Filtration and dehydration of new / old transformer oil.
Testing of transformer (IR and PI value, Magnetic balance, magnetizing current etc.) Painting of Transformer tank.
Miscellaneous works such as shifting , To & fro Transportation, Over-hauling of Buchholtz Relay, heat exchanger, providing new gaskets, tap-changer switch repair , sealing of terminal box with compound etc.
