Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and directed.

Removal of existing water proof treatment of any description from roof surface including cement plaster/screed bed carefully from the surfaces, roughening concrete surfaces and cleaning the roof surfaces by brushing, sweeping and scrubbing down with water and removal of debris complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 150 mm thickness (above or below groud level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and as directed..

Demoltion of reinforced cement concrete roofs , floors. (other than gound floor) beams, staircase, landings, chajjas and similar suspended works etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Structural steel wok incl grills, gates, stair case etc but excluding framed truss complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge or any thickness in roof covering including stacking serviceable materials of re-use and removing unserviceable materials complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work using old size fly-ash bricks straight or curved on plan exec 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work using old size fly-ash bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as a specified and as directed

S&F 0.50 mm thick TCT (total coated thickness) pre-coloured galvalume sheets with minimum base metal thickness of 0.45 mm, single skin high rib/multi rib profile galvalume sheeting having 1000-1020 mm width and 28-30 mm high crest @ maximum 250-255 mm pitch (centre) with sheets manufactured out of 0.50 mm this TCT (total coated thickness) high tensile galvalume sheets having tensile strength 550 MPA with 18-20 micron top coat over 5 micron primer and 8-10 micron alkyld backer zinc aluminium alloy AZ-150, sheets having a dip metallic zinc (43.5%0 aluminium (55%) & silicon (1.5%) with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides, having wide pans with minimum 3 small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on laps for purlin support and fixed as per existing profile of roof complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 25 above but 0.50 mm thick coloured plain galvalume sheet as in ridge/valley gutter of roof.

S&F 0.56 mm thick plain aluminium sheeting alloy 31000 H4 as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and staight flashing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap, fixed with L or J type cranked hook bolts and washers in roof, skylight roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for teatment of existing wall surface with tartaric acid or oxalic acid to remove all the existing salt from the surface then rinsing the entire wall/slab surface and applying 15 mm thick two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar of compressive strength, flexural strength shall not be less than 45 MPa at 28 days, 7 MPa at 28 days respectively (maximum coverage area 1.30 sqm per 25 kg pack @ 10mm thickness) over a coat of epoxy bonding agent on existing surface for strengthening of beams, columns and other structural element of average thickness 25 mm and mortar shall be applied in layer not exc 6 mm thick in layers and including surface preparation as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed (any storey/height of building/structure). (Make- Rendroc S2 (for mortar) & Nitobond EP (for bonding agent) of FOSROC or equivalent product in other makes specified in tender)

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 2.75 Kg of cement per Sqm on roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting Grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type-B1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bituminous gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture, 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing Cement Concrete, type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded Stone aggregate), as in roof padding mixed with water proofing compound and the concrete surfaces is to be finished even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as directed by Engineer - in - charge . (NOTE: WPC Shall be measured & paid separately)

M&L 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 over roof mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned RCC roof with the following specifications and manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Preparing and cleaning of fully dried surfaces as per IS 3067-1966. (ii) Applying bitumen primer conforming to IS:3384-1968 over the cleaned base @ 0.50 litre per sqm. (iii) Providing a layer of 3 mm thick APP modified pre-fabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyster matt membrane with butane torch application. Overlap shall be minimum 100 mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction. (iv) Applying two coats of bitumen based UV reflective paint with aluminium finish @ 0.10 litre per sqm over APP membrane.

Supply only integral water proofing Compound, conforming to IS and as approved, complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type 'C-2' (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor, plinth protection etc, laid in alternate bays, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction joints 65 mm deep and 10 mm wide filled with bitumastic flooring with bitumen and sand proportion 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of outer surfaces of down take pipes, any type, treating minor leakages at joints, clearing of vegetation, scraping of algae growth with wire brush, chipping of damaged plaster at the joints (area not exc 0.50 sqm) and making good with cement mortar 1:4 duly mixed with water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50 kg bag of cement and applying one coat of tartaric acid on dry finished plaster surface including necessary ladder/scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid seperately)

Chipping of unsound /weak concrete materials including cover plaster from RCC structural member i.e. slabs, beams, columns, lintel, chajja, fins, facia etc. of 25 mm average thickness (Any storey/ height of building/ structure) including tapering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities by air or sand blasting etc and cleaning of exposed concrete surface of lightly picking materials by air blasting or sand blasting including removal of foreign materials, loose concrete/aggregate etc and disposal of all debris out side of MOD land and complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying chloride free rust removing chemical on rusting steel reinforcement bar as per manufacturer's specification and removing all rust from steel reinforcement bar by wire brush & sand/emery paper (after 24 hours of application of rust remover) and cleaning the area thoroughly by water with the help of pressure jet and allowing it to dry and making the reinforcement bar totally rust free (for any storey/ height of building/ structure) complete all as specified and as directed. (Make of Rust removing chemical :- Reebaklens RR of FOSROC or equivalent product other makes specified in tender) (NOTE: Surface area of cleaned steel reinforcement shall be measured for payment)

M&L for introducing new mild steel TMT reinforcement bars upto 12 mm dia for structural connection in RCC beams, columns, lintel and slabs (for any storey/ height of building/ structure) including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm and up to 200mm including power drilling, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy, cleaning of loose dust by blowing air, sealing with epoxy cartridges, plastic nozzles etc as per manufacturer's instructions etc all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of old existing corroded and new introduced reinforcement surface (at any storey/ height of building/ structure) by brush and application of two component epoxy based zinc rich primer, of minimum specific gravity 1.75, adhesive bond strength with steel as 1.50N/mm2, as a protective coating to steel reinforcement bars in concrete with total zinc content in dry film >90% by volume and DFT per coat >50 microns complete all as specified and directed. (Make- Nitozinc primer of FOSROC or equivalent product in other makes specified in tender) (NOTE: Surface area of steel reinforcement shall be measured for payment)

M&L for applying a coat of epoxy bonding agent on existing concrete surfaces, with mixed density 1.48 Kg/litreand adhjesive bond strength>2.50 MPs, mixed and applied as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed. (Make- Nitobond EP of FOSROC or equivalent product in other makes specified in tender) (NOTE: Measurement shall be considered for the surface area of RCC member.

M&L for applying shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar, as per manufacturers instructions to get a compressive strength of 35 MPA after 28 days, finishing surfaces even and smooth including formwork, scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed. (Make- Rendroc SP 40 of FOSROC or equivalent product in other makes specified in tender) (NOTE: Measurement shall be considered for the surface area of RCC member.

S&F in repair Wire netting of galvanised steel wire 1.40 mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples, size of mesh 20 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ceiling board incl snap grid frame of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for snap grid system with powder coated aluminium anodised main 'T' section 36mm x 25mm x 1.40mm cross tee 23.50mm x 23.50mm x 1.40mm thick and powder coated aluminium angle 25mm x 25mm x 1.40mm as on edges/sides, fixed to ceiling with supporting 6 mm dia. Re-fixing of aluminium snap grid sytem using serviceable grid sections obtained from taking down of false ceiling, fixed to ceiling with supporting 6 mm dia. G.I hangers (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Ceiling board shall be measured seperately)

S&F 'E' board "Classic", reinforced, designer series, ceiling board with HPSC of size 595 mm x 595 mm x 4 mm thick fixed on aluminium snap grid system complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-fixing of serviceable ceiling board/tiles, obtained from dismantling of ceiling grid, any thickness, fixed to aluminium frame work with screw as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coats of oil bound distemper on new ceiling boards complete all as specified and directed.

-ditto- but light shade vitrified tiles in skirting over over and incl screed bed 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18-20mm thick granite slab in window cills, cooking platform etc and like set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match laid over screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

S&F 18-20 mm thick granite slab as in vertical surfaces, cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone incl grinding and polishing over and including 10mm rendering in cement mortar (1:3) completed all as specified and directed.
