Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, with in all lifts, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all leads in all kind of soil, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (One Cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone) aggregate 40 mm (fory millimeter) nominal size, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand) : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeter nominal size), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five in all shapes and sizes : Cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : Four coarse sand), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six coarse sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) upto plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six coarse sand), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required: In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm (six hundred millimeter) dia. 10 (ten) metre openable length (total length 90 (ninety) metre), having 50 (fifty) nos rounds per 6m (six metre)length, upto 3 (three) metre height of wll with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m (two point four metre) or 3 m (three metre) apart and 9 (nine) horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire,stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.)/Spring core (2.5(two point five)millimeter thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sq.mm (one hundred sixety five kilogram per sqaure millimtere) with tape(0.52mm (zero point five two millimeter)thick and weight 43.478 gm/mtr (fourty three point four seven eight gram per metre) (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm (zero point nine zero litre per ten squaremetre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm (zero point eight zero litre per ten squaremetre) of approved brand and manufacture, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (one cement: four coarse sand), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (one millimeter), of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 19mm (Nineteen millimeter) thick commercial board water proof shutters for cup boards i/c fixing with nickel plated piano hinges with screws etc. complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood works, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (zero point nintey liter/ten square meter) over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10sqm (zero point seventy five liter/ten square meter) of approved brand and manufacture, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
