REPAIR AND MAINT OF CERTAIN COOLING APPLIANCES OF ZONE-II UNDER GE (A) JAISALMER

Taking down the desert cooler of any capacity from stand/slab for painting, clean the inner and outer surface of desert cooler with wire brush and made free from dust and sludge with wire brush in and including applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out fan motor single phase 230 Volts, 1400 RPM 3 speed 1/8 HP from desert cooler and rewinding the same with supper enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge and varnishing complete with 'E' class varnish, including replacement of gun metal bushes and reassembling and fixing in position complete all all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair exhaust fan motor ( heavy duty) , 1400 RPM 450mm copper wire winding for heavy duty desert cooler complete all all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair exhaust fan blade ( heavy duty) suitable for heavy duty desert cooler motor which specified in item no -5 complete all all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair fan motor of 1/7 HP, (2800/1365 RPM) CLASS B , OUT PUT WATTAGE 60/107 approx amp 0.36 to1.0 with copper wire winding suitable for PLASTIC desert cooler AS avaliable at site complete all all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-charge NOTE-TYPE OF MOTOR WILL BE SAME AS AVALAIBLE ON SITE .
