Establishment of 132kV Traction Substation at RAIMOHA TSS along with allied equipment's and construction of 132kV end bays at 132kV RAIMOHA Substation with associated line, Tal. ASHTI, Dist. BEED, under CH. SAMBHAJINAGAR Zone of MSETCL

(a) Financial Eligibility Criteria: The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

(b) Technical Eligibility Criteria: As regards similar work, tenderer should have executed erection, testing, commissioning of any one of the following types of works. Similar nature work means:- "Execution of any work of overhead Transmission lines/HT switch yard of 66 KV or above voltage in any Central Government department/ State Government department /Central Government PSU's/ State Government PSU's" . The tenderer must have successfully completed any of the following during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: -Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or -Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or -One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. in Central / Sate Govt / Semi-Govt Organizations / Authorities, PSUs, Govt of India undertakings shall only be considered to qualify above eligibility criteria. Necessary Certificate to be submitted along with offer. Note for item 10.1 of GCC 2022 shall be applicable. Tenderers may carefully note that their Contract Agreement for this work is liable to be terminated at any time later, in case any of the information furnished by them is found to be untrue or any adverse point comes to light subsequently. The decision of Railway in this regard shall be final and binding Note:The Joint Venture (JV) will not be applicable for this tender as JV is only applicable for tender cost more than 10 crores as per Railway Board's letter No. 2002/CE-I/CT/37/JV Pt.VIII dated 14.12.2012.
