Dismantling of wrought or mild steel work of any description such as in ladder work, bracing/supporting agle iron, roof top MS sheets, railings etc.

Taking up or down steel tubing water mains (including all fittings), 65 mm / 80 mm nominal bore, any description from any situation for refixing or removal to store or taken onSch of Credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply installation and commissioning of GRP/SMC panel tank of size (5.00X4.00X2.00) meter and of capacity upto 40 KL confirming to IS 14399 (Part I & 2) : 1996 and IS 4249 : 1967 cmplete all as per specification and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars of shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made), diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled low tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches 80 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing steel surfaces of pressed steel at 12.00 meter hight steel stagging over 10 cm in width or girthand and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as per specification and as directede. NOTE : Cost of Material for stagging for painting purpose will be include in the quoted rate.

M & L for non-rising stem type sluice valves having double flanged for connections of nominal pressure (PN 1.6) as per IS 14846: 2000 of preferred materials, nominal size 80 mm including nuts, bolts, packing sheets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of the existing valve chamber & M & L for construction of new valve chamber of size 600 mm X 600 mm X 600 (Internal dimension) mm including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC foundation M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in base concrete, brick work (one and half brick thick) in CM 1:6 with 20 mm thick cement plaster internally and externally in two coats of (12 mm and 8 mm) in cement mortar 1:4, 3 mm thick mild steel cover of structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 riveted with angle iron (50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm) frame of structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010, frame welded to base plate of size 150 mm X 12 mm and made of structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010, base plate fixed with 300 mm thick PCC coping in M15(Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm mild steel washer, PCC benching 200 mm thick in M15(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate with necessary, welding, riveting, bolting including painting exposed steel surfaces with two coats of bituminous paint and embedded surfaces of steel with two coats of tar, finishing exposed faces of concrete surfaces and plaster surfaces with three coats of white wash as per drawing No. TD/EM/6 sheet Nos 1/2 & 2/2 of HQ CE Shillong Zone complete all as specified and as directed.
