| 1 | Supplying, fabricating and fixing powder-coated aluminium outer frame of minimum section size 20 mm × 40 mm × 1.2 mm with minimum 50 microns DFT in ivory shade / approved shade around the existing balcony grill opening for installation of mosquito net panels. The work shall include taking site measurements, cutting to required size, fabrication, formation of strong mitred corner joints, and secure fixing to the existing grill, masonry or frame using stainless steel screws, anchor fasteners, brackets and other necessary accessories. The frame shall be fixed true to line, level and plumb, with adequate rigidity and proper seating arrangement for the mosquito net panels. The work shall also include sealing of perimeter gaps with weather-proof silicone sealant, minor making-good of affected masonry / plaster surfaces, making good minor scratches, finishing, cleaning, transportation, ladders / scaffolding at any height, tools and tackles, labour, materials and all incidental charges, complete in all respects.Aluminium extruded sections should be of Jindal/Hindalco or approved equivalent. | 787 | RM | - | - |
| 2 | Supplying, fabricating and fixing side-hung, openable, single/double leaf mosquito net shutters made of powder-coated aluminium frame in ivory shade / approved shade, with minimum 20 mm profile width and minimum 1.2 mm thickness, fitted with SS 304 grade stainless steel plain woven mosquito mesh of suitable size, made of wire not thinner than 30 SWG, equivalent to approximately 0.315 mm diameter, with clear aperture not exceeding 1.2 mm to prevent entry of mosquitoes and insects. The shutter shall be fixed to the existing wooden window frame or to the aluminium balcony frame provided, as applicable. The work shall include taking site measurements, cutting to size, fabrication, corner jointing, stretching and fixing the mesh firmly without sagging or waviness, and providing necessary accessories such as hinges, handle / knob, magnetic catches, tower bolts / locking pins / suitable locking arrangement, screws, brackets, stoppers and sealing arrangement wherever required for smooth operation and gap-free closing. The shutter shall close properly and flush without visible gaps to prevent entry of mosquitoes and insects. The work shall also include minor rectification of uneven, warped or irregular existing wooden frames by chiselling / planing wherever required, finishing to match existing surfaces, making good minor scratches, minor allied finishing works, labour, materials, fittings, tools and tackles, transportation, wastage, removal of debris generated from this work, and all incidental charges, complete in all respects. | 3 | Providing, fabricating and fixing a single-leaf, side-hung, openable mosquito mesh door shutter for the main entrance door of flats, of approximate size 0.98 m x 2.03 m (±30 mm variation), fabricated from approved aluminium extruded tubular sections of minimum size 45 mm × 13 mm × 1.50 mm thick and minimum weight 0.560 kg/m, comprising vertical stiles, top rail, bottom rail, one vertical central member and two horizontal mid-rails, with all corner and structural T-joints accurately mitred/butt-jointed and reinforced using concealed internal aluminium/stainless steel stiffeners secured with concealed stainless steel screws; the vertical central member and two horizontal rails forming six distinct upper mosquito mesh panels fitted with SS 304 grade stainless steel woven mesh of 30 SWG (approximately 0.315 mm) properly tensioned and secured on all sides with transparent nylon/EPDM/neoprene gaskets, free from wrinkles, waviness and exposed cut edges; the bottom panel infilled with 4 mm thick Bakelite/Hylam sheet finished with satin enamel paint matching the frame colour; all aluminium members factory powder-coated in approved shade with minimum 50-micron DFT; complete with 3 Nos. 100 mm stainless steel hinges, 3 Nos. magnetic catches, 2 Nos. 150 mm heavy-duty powder-coated aluminium handles and 2 Nos. 100 mm stainless steel tower bolts, fixed to the existing wooden door frame after taking actual site measurements and carrying out minor chiselling, planing and adjustments as required for proper alignment and gap-free closing, including touch-up painting of the existing wooden frame, perimeter silicone sealing, all fittings, fixtures, consumables, labour, transportation and allied works complete as directed by the Bank’s Engineer.
