Providing and laying in position cement concrete (1:4:8) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering , all works upto plinth level with crushed stone aggregate, including all costs and carriages of all materials involved.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more., including all carriages and costs of materials involved.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.(For Truss,Columns,Pernils etc.)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
