S/R to NH-200 to Banjari road for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300mm removal of stumps of trees cut etc complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mixmacadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed materials by Tiper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase / base course on wel prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT&H specification (Grade-II)

Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(SS-1) on prepared surface granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MOST m & It specification for road and bridge work etc. complete as per direction by the Engineer-incharge.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20Kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MOST m & It specification for road and bridge work etc. complete as per direction by the Engineer-incharge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achive.to the bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transprted to site, laid over a preniously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and aligment etccomplete as per specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Construction of Shoulder with approved materials like moorum obtained from locality with all lift and leads trensporting to site spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.2 with all lead and lifts as per technical specoification clause 30.1 etc completed as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting on concrete surface providing and applying two coats of water based cement paint to unplastered cocrete as per dircetion by the Engineer-in-charge
