Earth Work Excavation for foundation in all types of soils and sub soils to full depth (such as Soils in Rock / Silt / Light Black Cotton Soil / Ordinary Soil ) except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, shuttering and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth other than sand in layers of 150 mm thick well rammed and consolidated, depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the Departmental Officers with initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2 m. Complete as per TNSS 23 & 24, V, VI (S2), VII, 9,10

Plain Cement Concrete of mix 1 : 4 : 8 (One part Cement, four part sand & eight part of aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken metal from approved quarry including all cost, conveyance of materials to site with proper mixing, compacting, finishing and curing etc., complete as per standard specification. TNDSS NO: 28 V, VI (S2) V,VI (S5A) VII

Supplying and errecting centering for Sides and Soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto3.29mt height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90mm x60mm and 10BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia supported at not more than 75cm centre to centre etc complete Complying with standard Specification without Strutting.TNSS NO or NBC No 30(S) 86 86 A V, VI(S3)VII

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part M-sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Specifications.(Using Vibrator) TNDSS NO: 30 V, VI (S3), VII-3.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand ) using new best country Bricks of size 8 ¾” x 4 ¼” x 2 ¾” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. complying with std. specifications.

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M-sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Supplying and Fixing of 16mm thick bison shutter including cost of suitable "T" hinges, bolt nuts, handle and cost of teak wood lipping for alround the bison shutters. including cost and conveyance and labour charges for wrought and put up etc., complete as per Standard Specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including curing, etc., as per Standard Specification.-10m2

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of following thickness in RCC 1:11/2:3 using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of M.S. "L ANGLES" of approved design fortruss using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed to "Truss" inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of 1000 Lits capacity HDPE Tank with approved Quality including all cost and conveyance etc.

Wiring with 3 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch (two way) with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC straircase light point SD 27

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting suitable for incandescent lamp with guard and 100W bulb SD 85

Supply and fixing of 4'40W twin street light fluorescent fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with 32mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') with 1 No. 32mm GI bend complete on the existing post wall with 16A aerial fuse unit on MS plate with PVC unsheathed copper leads MS clamps and aluminium painting with fluorescent tubes SD 95
