COLLECTINGLOADINGTRANSPORTING THE GARBAGE IN AND AROUND TONDIARPET HOUSING COLONY AREA AND UNLOADING AT CORPORATION ROAD IRON DUST BINS

1.Collecting, Loading, transporting and unloading the accumulated Garbage generated through sweeping, and including the garbage collected in the dust bins and other swept materials wherever in the designated locations of TH colony and dumping in the Corporation road dust bins near in the loading location of TH colony premises all as directed at site including all labour, tools, equipments, transport etc., complete. Note:1).The Hand cart / tri-cycle only for collecting the garbages will be supplied free of cost by the department. 2) The total quantity of garbages are to be cleared daily is 5.5 cu.m or as directed at site of work. 3) All bamboo baskets, pickaxe, rack (fork sticks) and other cleaning tools required are to be mobilized and used in the work by the contractor at his own cost. 4). Payment will be made based on the trip sheet measurements. 5).The tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in ChPA’s approved format at his own cost for the quantity of garbage transported. 6).Cubic contents will be arrived at based on Hand cart / tri-cycle / lorry / tractor trailer etc., measurements for the quantity of Garbage transported. 7).The contractor should take all safety measures while working at site and during transportation. 8), The contractor has to collect the scattered garbages like papers, plastic bags/ covers, Bottles etc., wherever available in the designated locations /area in TH colony or as directed at site and transport them to Corporation road iron dust bins.
