Construct brick masonry man hole in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) RCC top slab with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) foundation concrete (1:4:8) inside plastering 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channel in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete. Inside size 30cm x30cm up to 90cm depth including Providing and fixing of manhole covers with frame of required size made of mild steel angles, tees, flats, square or round bars and chequered plates including making the locking arrangement and hinges, including welding charges, one or two coats of steel primer and placing in position complete. With F.P.S. bricks with class designation 75 and with crushed stone aggregate complete in all respects.

Cleaning of manhole, chambers including cleaning of pipes by rodding including flushing with water etc. including removal of the un-hygienic material etc. and its disposal as directed by EIC Complete.
