S & F exhaust fan of 380 mm sweep 900 rpm with suitable size of ms louvers duly painted, connecting wire PVC insulated twisted flexivble 0.5 sqmm copper conductor including all standard accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Celing fan (white) of 1200 mm sweep, 5 star rating, copper wound with supre energy efficient BLDC motor including remote, connecting wire PVC insulated twisted flexible 05 Sqmm copper conductor canopy set, down rod, shackle kit, including all standard accessories & old unserviceable ceiling fan deposited to E/M store yard complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down carefully & refixing of ceiling fan with connecting wire PVC insulated twisted flexible 0.5 sqmm copper conductor cable with flexible pipe complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully & refixing of tube light fitting with coinnecting wire PVC insulated twisted flexible copper conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, same board, independent or power) complete fittings such as switches, ceiling roses , pendent, regulators, sockets etc removing materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surface of wall, floor & ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable submain wiring and service wire of any size and make complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable rusted main switch/DB of any size capacity and make complkete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Linear LED T8 tubuklar lamp of 18 watt with extruded alumionium body, PC diffuser and inbuilt driver including compact batten suitable for LED T8 lamps, complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting to ceiling rose with three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 1 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25 watts LED street light fittings new generation energy saving, environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die cast aluminium IP66 with 10 KV surge protection road way, luminaire with high power LED as light source and suiatble drivers etc and connecvting with 1.5 sqmm multistranded aluminium conductor PVC insulated twin core weather proof cable from ceiling rose to light and fixing to complete all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton Cat No. LST-20-CDL-M or equivalent in Wipro, Bajaj or Philips

S & F street light GI bracket of 0.6 mtr long made out of 40mm dia light grade GI pipe bend to shape of 120 degree end welded at required including 02 Nos MS clamp of FL 40 x 6mm including nuts bolts & washers complete necessary fixing arrangements on pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 X 605 mm for false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for hangars 2 mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 20 X3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 4 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid to aluminium frame work with secrews, complete all as specified and directed.
