Taking down DB/main switch of any size and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Temporary power supply shall be provided by contractor.

Taking down unserviceable submain wiring aluminium and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ floor etc matching with the existing surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Sub main wiring (concealed ) with two single core 4 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of masonary including 25 mm dia non-metallic PVC conduit fixed in wall including 2.5 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 2 runs of 4 Sqmm, 1 runs of PVC conduit & 1 runs of 2.5 Sqmm cable shall be measured as single unit length.

Note for item No.3 to 5 :- The disturbed surfaces of wall for concealing the wiring shall be make good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with the existing surfaces.

M&L Earthing complete with G I earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to G I earth strip 4 dia G I wire by means of brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, pit cover of precast RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 kg/ Sq.m and MS frame etc. including replacement of old unserviceable earthing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Taking down carefully geyser of any capacity of any make any type after removing electric and water connections from existing system for carrying out repairs and re-fixing the same after carrying out necessary repairs to original place complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Repairs will be measured and paid seprately in respective items of BOQ.

M&L for painting of geyser of any make/shape/capacity with two coats of white synthetic super enameled paint after preparation of surface including marking of MES No by black enameled paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Hot & Cold connection pipe, 15 mm dia, 45cm long with chromium plated adopter and washer at both ends including taking out old unserviceable PVC / CP connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of heating element spiral / circular type of capacity 2 kW, ISI marked including rubber washer of geyser 50 Litre capacity geyser, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge . Make : ISI Marked as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Heating element shall be providing as per existing geyser.

S&F in replacement of heating element spiral / circular type of capacity 1.5 kW, ISI marked including rubber washer of geyser 25 Litre capacity geyser, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge . Make : ISI Marked as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Heating element shall be providing as per existing geyser.

S&F in replacement of thermostat swtich, ISI marked suitable for 25/50 litre capacity geyser ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F bib taps fancy type chromium plated, 15 mm cast copper alloy with crutch handle or butter fly handle screwed down , screwed for iron pipe and fixed as in repair, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

S&F stop valve 15 mm dia cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed in repair , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting existing 15/20 mm dia steel tubing for alteration and addition (each cut measured ) including screwing existing steel tubing for alteration and addition or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of apparatus plate/assembly plate of geyser with nut ,bolts,clamps,washer ,etc of geyser suitable for record /ditz make or any other make and any capacity including PRV & NRV system complete all as specified and directed.

S&F apparatus plate bottom cover in two halves made out of GI sheet dully painted with two coats of synthetic enemal paint white in colour fixed with nut, bolts, clamps, washer etc of geyser of any capacity, fixed in repair, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Welding with new brass studs for holding of heating element with replacement of suitable element holding clamps - 3 Nos, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for indicator lamp round/flat type of size & shape as per existing suitable for 25/50 litre capacity geyser working on 230 Volts AC Supply including necessary connections etc, fixed as in repair, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Detecting the leakage from geyser of any capacity and arresting the same by brazing / soldering complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Anchor fastening of suitable size for fixing of geyser of any capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F vent pipe using medium grade GI tubing 20 mm dia fixed to wall /ceiling upto level not less than 15 cm from OH tank top level including necessary fittings fixtures ,clamps ,except tee etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing of electric water heater, vertical storage type steel inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW AC Single phase 230 volt , 50 Hz of storage capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, etc including provn of flexible 3 core copper wire of size 4 sqmm from power point to water heater including required hold fast 10 CM long with washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge etc.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 of tender documents.
