Designing, construction and commissioning of 20.00 Mtrs Clear Span RCC Motorable Bridge Double Lane (7.00 Mtrs carriageway width) including construction of Drop Wall / Curtain Wall, Approaches upto length of 6.0 Mtrs on either side including Return Walls, Approaches Slabs, RCC Crash Barriers / Railing, Painting including detailed site investigation as per IRC / MORT specifications and fixing of suitable bearings as per design with laying of wearing coat including all leads and lifts (complete job). The designs to be vetted from DIQC /any I.I.T or N.I.T Srinagar.

Earthwork in all kinds of soil excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cable etc. (not exceeding 1.5 in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 Mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 Mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Providing & laying in Position cement concrete of specified grade 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works upto plinth level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:3:6 grade (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.

Providing and laying cement concrete in R/walls return walls, walls (any thickness) incl. attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts struts, buttresses string or laces courses, parapets coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills fillets etc. upto floor five level excl. c/o centering shuttering and finishing 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate) 20mm size (crushed).

Providing and laying in position of reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All work upto plinth level.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete TMT bars.

Providing and laying 50mm thick cement concrete flooring in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size crusher aggregate).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :-

Foundations, footings, bases of columns.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Walls, return walls, wall (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string course fill etc.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls upto 20cm wide.

Steel work welded in built-up sections/framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates and similar work.

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50Mt & lift upto 1.50M.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised-Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion. Single socketed pipes of 110mm diameter.

Hand packed stone filling in Gabbion Crates of size (6.0x1.20x1.20 Mtrs) including cost of stones, Gabbion Crates and carriage of stones avg. distance of 10 kms (complete job).

Dry stone pitching (any thickness) including cost of stones on slopes.

Grouting of stone pitching using M-10 nominal mix concrete (max. size of aggregates : 20mm nominal) @ 6.00 cum per 100 sqm on horizontal / side slopes; complete including curing (Crushed).

Banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers and rolling every third and top-most layer with power roller of minimun 8 tonnes and dressing up, in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, guide banks etc. lead upto 50 mtr. and lift upto 1.5 mtr. in all kinds of soil.

Providing & laying water bound macadam with specified stone aggregate screening and binding material including screening, sorting to template and consolidation with power road roller 80-100 KN capacity. Base course with 63mm – 45mm size including screening 13.20mm size in two layers of 75mm thick (consolidated) each.

Providing & laying water bound macadam with specified stone aggregate screening and binding material including screening, sorting to template and consolidation with power road roller 80-100 KN capacity. Base course with 53mm – 22.40 mm size including stone screening 11.20 mm size.

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Stone aggregate above 40mm size for an avg. lead of 10 Kms.

Stone aggregate below 40mm size for an avg. lead of 10 Kms.

Sand for an avg. lead of 20 Kms.

Stones for an avg. lead of 12 Kms.

Earth for an avg. lead of 5 Kms.
