Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 75 mm diameter

Clearing wild grass/shrubs/vegetation/bushes upto 10cm girth by engaging brush cutter machine and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 mtrs.Outside the periphery of the cleared area.The cost of inclusive of hiring charges of machine POL.Operator,cutting tool and grass should be cut nearest to the ground level.Surface area where ever brush cutter can not be used shpuld also be cleared by engaging manpower etc.all complete as per instruction of Engineer in charge.
