Material and labour factory made sheet metal enclosure dust and vermin proof made out of 2.00mm thick Ms sheet of size 100x60x25 cm depth with double door hinged shutter and locking arrangement for fixing DBs,KWH meter etc flushed/semi flushed /grouting on wall as per site requirement including DIN rail channel for mounting of MCB,s SP/SPN. And provide in 4 rows TPN aluminium bus bar channel of rating 200 Amps duly mounted on 'F' class insulator with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and powder coated paint with suitable for one no for incoming of FP MCCB with internal connection of 16 sq mm multistrand copper wire with copper lugs from MCCB to Busbar etc. after prepration of surfaces with suitable glass vision panel complete all as directed (Note: Unit rate shall be inclusive of making good the area not exceeding 0.6 sqm and not exceeding 0.125m depth for filling the hollow existing surface with half bricks in CM (1:4) including taking down old unsv any type of sheet metal enclosure or main switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- charge.

M & L for power point 3 pin switch socket 15 Amp with PVC insulated copper conductor cable multistrand unsheathed 2.5 Sqmm on independent board including one run of 2.5 Sqmm multistrand PVC sheathed copper conductor cable for earth continuity in concealed PVC conduit of appropriate size and best quality ISI marked, including suitable size of copper lugs and all other required accessories as specified in preamble 1(a) to 9(q) of Section-19 od SSR Part-ii under " Point wiring" fixed on wall including sunk cast iron terminal boxes grouting/ flushing on wall for mounting fittings like switch, sockets etc covered with 3.00 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for sub main wiring with 6.0 sqmm copper conductor cable multistrand, PVC sheathed four run (as phase and neutral) and two run 4.0 Sqmm multistrand PVC sheathed copper conductor cable for earth continuity in drawn in one PVC concealed conduit wiring in Brick machinary / Stone machinary wall complete including cutting, chasing, pinning and making good the disturbed surfaces by using cement mortor 1:3 of wall by providing cement plaster and matching the surfaces by white wash / colour wash all as per existing finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting/ Dismantling of Electric Energy Meter of any capacity from site and keep it in safe custody and refix with Submain/circuits the same in its existing position etc complete al as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.00mm thick burried directly in ground any type of soil including rocky soil also(earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire of 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, as earth lead complete including 40 mm bore dia protection pipe GI medium grade upto 7.5m length, watering pipe 15mm bore dia GI medium grade 1.70m length, charcoal & salt filling, necessary earth work in any type of soil including rocky soil also, concrete pit, funnel removal of surplus soil upto 50m distance all as per electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I and connected to earthing test point, main board including testing on completion all as specified and directed.
