Work Contract for Operation and Maintenance, additional/alteration works of E and M installations including CMC of ACs and water coolers/purifiers at Bagdogra Airport for 2 years (2023-25)

Amount

Operation & Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical installations (Conveyor Belts, Lifts,Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System etc.) of Operational and Non-Operational areas including periodical maintenance, repairs, attending to complaints /fault /breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the entire system, maintenance of records/documentation etc. on all days including Sundays and holidays on round the clock basis complete as required, as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions covered under this contract.

Complete items of CPWD schedule of rates (electrical) internal & External- 2018 as and when required basis. Total amount of work to be executed amounting to Rs. 3,00,000/- during contract period as per DSR 2018. [Note: Example for quoting the rate- (i) If bidder wants to quote the rates at par with rates of DSR-2018 (E & M), then bidder has to quote Rs. 3,00,000.00 in the rate column. (ii) If bidder wants to quote the rate 10% above on rate of DSR-2018 (E & M), then bidder has to quote Rs. 3,30,000.00 in the rate column. (iii) If bidder wants to quote the rate 10% below on rate of DSR-2018 (E & M), then bidder has to quote Rs. 2,70,000.00 in the rate column. Above examples are for guidance to bidders only.]

Servicing, Calibration & Testing of existying 11 KV HT panel consist of (a) 1 incomer- 1250 A VCB & 2 outgoing - 800 A VCB (b) Overcurrent & earth fault current relay (Nos.), (c) Auxiliary/Trip relays -7 Nos (d) Annuciator(03 Nos.) and meters(03 Nos.) through calibration machine having valid calibrated certificate of Govt./NABL lab and submission of test reports complete as reqd.

Servicing, Calibration & Testing of LT Panel consist of (a) ACB, Model - L&T C - Power - 1000 A (5 Nos.) (b) ACB, Model - L& T C - Power - 2000 A (3 Nos.) through calibration machine having valid calibrated certificate of Govt./NABL lab and submission of test reports complete as reqd:

Filtration of transformer oil in 1.25 MVA, 11KV / 415 V transformer including testing of transformer oil (acidity, BDV, etc.) before and after filtration, confirming to latest indian standard at site till the reach of satisfactory di-electric strength of 50KV or above and submitting the report, also Testing of Winding Temperature Indicator (WTI), Oil Temperature Indicator (OTI), Buchholz Relay, Pressure Release Valve (PRV) AND replacement of silica gel of transformer etc as complete as required.

Top up the Transformers with ISI marked Transformer oil during filtration as per site requirement etc complete as required.

Repairing including rewinding and replacement of bearings of ceiling fan/wall fan/ exhaust fan of all make/model/type including transporting from the AAI store (as may be required) and returning back after thorough service etc as complete as required. (Dismantled copper wire need not to return to AAI)

Repairing including rewinding and replacement of bearings of Air curtains/AirCirculators/ Pedestal fan of all make/model/type including transporting from the AAI store (as may be required) and returning back after thorough service etc as complete as required. (Dismantled copper wire need not return to AAI)

Repairing including rewinding and replacement of bearings of three phase monoblock pump set upto 5HP rating of all make/model/type including transporting from the AAI store (as may be required) and returning back after thorough service etc as complete as required. (Dismantled copper wire need not return to AAI)

Repairing including rewinding and replacement of bearings of three phase submersible pump set upto 5HP of all make/model/type including transporting from the AAI store (as may be required) and returning back after thorough service etc. as complete as required. (Dismantled copper wire need not return to AAI)

Lifting and lowering of submersible pump set of various capacities alongwith GI pipes from a depth upto 200m due to defect in existing pump set on urgent basis within a short notice including connection of cable, jointing of cable etc with successful testing & commissioning etc as complete as required.

Painting with providing synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer by spray painting method after thorough cleaning of existing LT panels/feeder pillars in installed condition including minor repair and providing red oxide primer as per site requirement and upto the satisfaction of EIC etc as complete as required.

Comprehensive maintenance of single/three phase High Wall/Tower/Ductable Type Split AC of following capacity of all makes and models/types with voltage stabilizers (if installed) at different locations including providing two numbers manpowers (one technician & one helper in each shift) in two shifts for all days with all necessary consumables and maintenance spares etc. as complete as required as per special conditions.

i) First Year

Reinstallation of split Airconditioners (Both indoor and outdoor unit as required) of different make and capacity installed at different locations of the airport including gas charging, making foundation/fixing iron angle etc complete as required as per site condition.

Extra for Supply and Laying of suitable size Cu piping along with thermal insulation & protective tape and FRLS PVC insulated multi core Cu conductor cable for connection between indoor and outdoor unit etc. complete as required for following type of ACs.

b) Floor Mounter Split Type Tower AC upto 4 TR

Supply and laying of following size of hard uPVC pipe (16KG/CM2) for draining out the water as per site conditions, as complete as required.

Comprehensive maintenance of standalone Water Purifiers installed at different locations including providing all necessary consumables and spares etc. as complete as required as per special conditions. (Maintenance should be done through OEM/ Authorized dealer).

Comprehensive maintenance of Aquaguard Cooler cum Purifier installed at different locations including providing all necessary consumables and spares etc. as complete as required as per special conditions. (Maintenance should be done through OEM/ Authorized dealer).

Comprehensive maintenance of Industrial type Water Puirifier Cum Cooler (60/80 ltrs.) installed at different locations including providing all necessary consumables and spares etc. as complete as required as per special conditions. (Maintenance should be done through OEM/ Authorized dealer).

Comprehensive maintenance of water coolers of all makes (Voltas/ Blue Star) of different capacity installed at different locations including providing all necessary consumables and spares etc. as complete as required as per special conditions.

Service visit through OEM/Specialised Agency for carrying out servicing/maintenance of Addressable/Non-addressable type Complete FAD System with all detectors, response indicators,Mannual Call station, Hooters, Fire alrarm control panel etc. installed in Admin Building/Power House of Bagdogra Airport in case of breakdown/ emergency/ as and when required and submission of service / maintenance report of OEM or Specialized Agency complete in all respect.

Service visit through OEM/Specialised Agency for carrying out servicing/maintenance of Addressable type Complete FAD System with Graphic User Interface (GUI) / Operator work station with PC, all detectors, response indicators,Mannual Call station, Hooter-cum-Strobe,Loop Isolator module & other related accessories as applicable installed in Terminal Building of Bagdogra Airport in case of breakdown/ emergency/ as and when required and submission of service / maintenance report of OEM or Specialized Agency complete in all respect.

Service visit through OEM/Specialised Agency for carrying out servicing/maintenance of complete fire fighting system installed in terminal building of Bagdogra Airport in case of breakdown/ emergency/ as and when required and submission of service / maintenance report of OEM or Specialized Agency complete in all respect.

Deployment of following manpower at site for carrying out various operation and maintenance works to meet the actual site requirements as and when required.
