Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking into credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc all as directed.

M&L for dismantling the existing unserviceable alternator up to 160 KVA DG set and Transporting the same to authorised service centre removing the short circuited winding wire fully, cleaning the armature slots carefully and rewinding fully with same gauge copper winding wire, insulating with same grade and class insulating material, varnishing drying out setting back the alternator and transporting back in location, fitted to the DG set including connecting up testing and commissioning all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of the Canopy/ Frame/ Exhaust Manifold/ Silencer of DG Sets complete degreasing and spray painting the same with two coats of approved synthetic enamel heat proof upto 100 Degree celcius paint of approved shade complete all as directed.

Taking out turbocharger from 160/100 KVA DG Set any make model, cleaning/removing dirt and impurities particles of turbo charger impeller and replacing damaged parts, washers, nuts and bolts and including rectifying leakages completely for effective function of DG Set and re-fix in same position and testing complete all as directed.

M&L for dismantling of lub oil tank replacement of the gaskets and refixing at original position including checking and repair to leakages in the engine side, replacement of unserviceable gasket complete all as directed

M&L servicing/repair of turbo charger including replacement of repair kit for 160 KVA DG Set

Supply and replacement of relay card for 160/100 /62.5 KVA DG Set

CI cover with frame, 15 MM dia GI pipe light grade for protection of wire etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata, returning, filling removal of soil outside MD land ,filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of MES Sch Part I, connected to earthing test point all as specified and directed on testing on completion.
