Supplying, install and erect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole in replacement of PCC poles , 9.0 meter long, conforming to IS-2713 part-II, type 410 SP-31, complete with cast iron/MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300x300mm, finial taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc., pole made out of ERW M.S. tubing including of holes of reqd Nos and size for fixing of cross arms, GI pipe medium grade 40mm bore, 1.00 mtr long for cable protection up to height of pole box etc. and GI bracket made of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore , 1.5 mtr long for fixing of street light fitings alongwith clamps, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting three signal red colour bends at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block , each band of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, painting pole No the black paint by stenciled letters/figures of 8cm height complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work and PCC in foundation of poles, coping etc shall be measured and paid separately in respected items.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide & not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation,laying of cable or pipe ( where provided for protection of cable or fixing with poles and stays) and getting out in any type of soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and exc. 1.5 in depth for foundation of poles, stay assy etc. and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5 metre high from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches in soft/loose soil in layers n.exc. 25 cm after laying of cables including spreading, levelling, and well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling in trenches with clean dry unwashed sand free from sharp particles, gently punning around the cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying brick old size, sub class 'B' brunt bricks laid in trenches as cable cover across the cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (PCC) type C2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded aggregate stone for making foundation of Pole/stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (PCC) type D2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded aggregate stone for making copings of Poles etc complete all as specified and directed.
