Supply,Fixing, testing & commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/ main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring,the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored.The spring return action shall be in built mechanism and not externally mounted.The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required and as per specifications.

Modular chilled water units
The chiller shall be scroll type, compeltely factory fitted/manufactured as one package including water circulation pump (with pump's accessories), evaporator, condenser, sub cooler, hermatic compressor, necessary/required piping and wiring along with lubrication system and digital controlling facility as an inbuilt feature. The chiller shall be factory manufactured and pressure tested as per AHRI standards and as per technical specifications. Operational run to be taken at manufacturing facility itself at full load conditions during/ creating peak climatic conditions observing parameters of the chiller in all respect. All necessary testing, commisioning, installation activities and facilities are to be provided by manufacturer at factory and at site also. The chiller shall complies ISO9001:2015 in all respect i.e. desigining, manufacturing, testing and quality assurance.
Compressor The compressors shall be hermatic type scroll compressor. MOC of compressor shall be forged steel with symmetrical profile. Compressor shall be suitable for continuous operation at 50 Hz, 03 phase, 400 (+/- 10%) Volts ac supply and at RPM near to 2900. Multiple compressors shall be used in single chiller for capacity control as per varying load, also single compressor shall be suitable for operation with varying and fixed frequency. The compressors shall be fitted with crankcase heater for maintaining oil temperature seperately for an individual compressor during shut down and operation period having integral oil seperation system, oil pump and oil sight glass with filter. The compressors shall be suitable for operations with R410A/ CFC free refrigeranthaving suction and discharge side check valve, suction filter, suction discharge side service valve mounted on GI base with vibration isolators with factory fitted sound isolation feature. The compressors shall be direct driven integral hermatic motor and motor shall be suitable for continuous operation. Every compressor shall be having factory provided one year warranty. The compressor's set up shall be inclusive of automatic capacity control with unloaded starting device, high and low pressure cut outs, safety valves, oil pressure gauges. Unloading process shall be done by sensing chilled water outlet temperature with electronic sensors through microprocessor.
Condenser MOC of condenser coil tubes shall be Copper having self spacing fins collars made up of die formed aluminium. Fins to be mechanically bonded to the tubes. Casing of the condenser shall be of heavy gauge GI material and duly power coated to protect against climatic conditions. Condenser fans/blowers shall be statically and dynamically balanced, also to be designed for silent operation at required air flow rates with optimum static pressure. The drain pan shall be fabricated out of heavy steel sheet duly insulated with expanded 25mm polytherene sheet. Condenser coil shall be cleaned, and tested for leakages at factory facility. Circuit shall be fed with liquid refrigerant through the expansion device and distributor. The coil shall have hydrophilic coating for effective protection. Condenser shall include mounting's supports and refrigerant in/out connections.
Evaporator The evaporator shall inclusive of mounting supports, Refrigerant and Water in/out connections, having MOC of brazed plate heat exchanger as AISI 316 stainless steel with coating of anti-condensation material in a closed cell neoprane/ closed cell foam (CFC & CFC free) thermal insulation, weather proof and UV resistant. Plate technology shall be the base of heat exchanger design, comprising all plates single step pressed for uniform thickness of plates without any weak spots. All plates should be pressed with herring bone or arrow pattern for maximum contact points, heat transfer capacity and maximum turbulance. All plates shall be firmly brazed together along their periphery to ensure pressure resistant unit. Evaporator unit shall be incluse of water and refrigerant in/out connections, and mounting supports.
Control console Each air cooled chiller shall be provided with following features: 1. Utility water temperature control probe; 2. Anti freeze probe; 3. High pressure gauge; 4. Low pressure gauge; 5. Mechanical flow switch; 6. Condensation pressure control; 7. High pressure safety valve; 8. Compressor internal and external over temperature protection.
Inbuilt Pumping facility The chiller shall have factory fitted inbuilt pumping facility for circulation of chilled water across eveporator and it shall be controlled by microprocessor unit.
Others Necessary refrigerant copper piping shall be of heavy class standard and known make copper piping for flow of suction and discharge piping. VFD Chiller shall be manufacture with VFD mounted on it for automatic capacity control between 50 to 100%. Refrigerant used in chiller shall be R410A/R134a/HFC & CFC free refrigerant.

EXPANSION TANK
SITC of open type expansion tank of MS construction made of 6mm thick MS duly insulated with 50 mm thick TF quality expanded polystyrene of 24 kg/cum density covered with a layer of 120 gm/sqm polythene sheet (vapour barrier) and finally applying 26G aluminium sheet cladding complete with vent and outlets for system connection with float valave and drain valve.

SITC of flexible conncetor as pump's pipe diameter suitable for PN 16 pressure rating to be installed at pump and Chiller's suction and discharge.

ELECTRICAL PANELS
SITC of electrical panel as per CPRI standard and as specified in technical specifications. Panel shall be fabricated out of 14 gauge CRCA sheet steel with necessary structural supports in form of structural steel sections. Panel shall be floor mounted with IP 52 protection. Top bus duct/ cable entry and exit. The panel shall be compartmental, with suitable size of bus bar and sepearte cable/busbar chambers. Panel shall be treated with 7 tank process and 2 times epoxy painted. Proper gland size holes to be provided with proper sticker and danger sign on all sides of panel. Stardelta starter set with bypass switch to be provided for all pumps also. The cable chambers shall be free from any live open connections and minimum clearance to be provided. for terminations. earthing terminal to be provided along with panel which shall be 1 MTR wide of panel length. Proper ventillation to be provided with fans. Technical break up of each panel to be submitted along with TECHNICAL BID.

Starter panel with all required electrical accessories having 02 nos MCBs + 01 nos spare suitable for AHU operations of 15 KW.
AIR HANDLING UNITS
SITC of double decker type AHU having double skin panels with injected PUF insulation inside it. AHU shall have inbuilt heat recovery wheel feature, with same manufacturer as AHU having Eurovent/AHRI certification. Manufacturer shall have 10 plus years experience of designing and manufacturing in product i.e. energy recovery devices, with two side air flow having double decker construction in India. Manufacturer shall have facility to manufacture HRW and AHU body under his own roof in India. Capacity and Static pressure shall be as mentioned in BOQ. Frame of unit shall be made up of extruded Aluminium profile with thermal break property and without any welded joints. Following AHRI parameters can be considered while quoting: 1) An AHRI 1350 certified casing shall be used. 2) Deflection class shall be minimum CD4 3) Leakage class shall be minimum CL4 4) Thermal transmittance shall be minimum CT3 5) Thermal bridging shall be minimum CB3 6) For Eurovent AHUs, Eurovent certification shall be considered. Fan and Motor Programmable EC fans which can be operated as per varying load shall be prefered. AMCA certified direct driven backward curved fan with permanent magnet brushless DC motor will be considered for installation. Fan motor shall be VFD and direct driven energy efficient and suitable for 415+/-10% volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase squirrel cage with IP 55 protection. Motor shall be designed for quiet operation. Filters Synthetic pre filter for class EU3 and washable synthetic non-woven media fine filters (microvee filters) for class F7 will be prefered. Rail provision to be made on filter frame to remove the filter by easy sliding and efficient gaskets to be provided for minimum leakages.
Cooling coil Six row deep cooling coil with extended inlet outlet connections of desired dew point having AHRI certification will be prefered. Cooling coil shall mounted on powder coated holding arrangement SS drain pan having thickness of atleast 20 gauge with 25 mm closed cell nitrile rubber insulation. Fin thickness shall be minimum of 0.15 mm. Mixing section of AHU shall be made up of built in dampers having plastic gear wheels and silicon gaskets provided between blades. HRW with minimum recovery of 75% of total heat, made up of pure aluminium foil. HRW effectiveness shall be considered as per AHRI 1060.
Safety standards: UL 1995, CSA C 22.2 No. 236-11, heating and cooling equipment. HRW media certification: DIN EN ISO 846 Rotor requirements: ROHS Annex ll of 2011/65/eu and Amendment (EU) 2015/863. HRW manufacturer shall have able to show design performance in their own lab or test facility. facility should have provisions to show various test points such as temperature & RH of fresh/supply and exhaust/return air, air quantity during change in ambient conditions for factory inspection. The heat wheel media shall confirms to flame spread index 0 and smoke developed index 0 in accordance to ASTM E84-13A test for surface burning characteristics or test method published in NFPA 255, UL 723 & UBC 8-1.
