Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, BED BLOSKS. STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm * 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm * 25mm * 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm * 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarian props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete and as directed.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position M.S. or R.T.S. reinforcement grill for RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The contractor will have to make his own arrangements for the supply of M.S. plain rods / RTS rods and binding wire) (includingAnti Corrosive Treatment)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Granolithic floor finish with CC 1:2:4 using 10-12mm hbg jelly

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill of approved design for grill gate, grill work to doors and windows openings etc., using necessary mild steel etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying fabricating and fixing fully glazed Aluminium anodised natural colour matt finish View glass arrangements of size 1.2x1.5m

Solid PVC Door shutter using 19 gauge 19mm MS sq. tubes for styles and outer frames, 15mm MS sq. tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable suitable rebate for housing the shutter.

Fabrication and supply & Delivery of MILD STEEL DOORS of the following sizes with Single Leaf outer frame made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S L angle and shutter frame made of 25 x25 x5mm equal M.S. L angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shutter frame strengthened by stiffeners of 2 Nos. Horizontal and 3 Nos. diagonal using MS flat of size 20x5mm fully covered with 18 gauge plain M.S full sheet welded with shutter frame neatly and also fixing by welding 6 Nos. of holdfasts made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S L angle, 1 No. of wind appliance, 2 Nos. of tower bolts,1 No of aldrop,2 Nos of handles, fixing the shutter with 6 Nos. of 6 inch hinges with outer frame of the door including painting the whole unit with one coat of best quality of red oxide primer for for MPCS building, Community Hall (TypeI,TypeII &TypeIII) Noon Meal Centre & Kitchen Shed. -Size 0.90 x 2.10m

FRP Door Sutter with FRP Door Frames made out of FRP Sheets of 3mm thick of over all size 65mm x 50mm with rebate suitably reinforced using MS Angle / Flats, cost of holdfasts and Solid Core FRP Shutter Panel of 5mm thick and hollow core frames of 3m wall thickness for styles and rails etc., of sizes specified by Engineers

Painting two coats using I st quality readymix enamel paint of approved colour over new iron work including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the engineer before use on work.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification. (The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Colour washing two coats using approved colour pigments including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Casting and fixing of RCC Precast slab of following thick 1:2:4 using 20mm hbg jelly 25mm thick RCC Precast slab

Supplying and fixing in position best approved quality and make white indian type water closet 530 mm with p or s trap embedding the closed and tram to shape in position with brick lime concrete 1:2:3 ( one lime two sand and five brick jelly) using 40 mm broken brick jelly and finishing the top to required slope including giving connections to the pvc soil stacks using 0.60 m long pipe 110mm dia 6kg/sqcm by dismantaling masonry, RCC roof or floor slaps and making good, the disturbed portion to original condition leakage etc... complete as directed by the departmental officers and complying with standard specefications.

Supplying and fixing in position best Indian make wash hand basin of size 550mm X 400mm and approved brand and quality with a pair of C.I. Brackets fixed to wall with necessary teakwood plugs and brass screws one No. of 15mm C.P. Pillar tap, 32mm C.P. Waste coupling, rubber plug and chain, 32mm G. I. Union, 32mmG. I. Waste pipe, 15mm dia G. M. Wheel valve 15mm brass nipple and nylon connection including cost of white lead TW Plugs clamps, rubber washer, etc., complete.
