Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) not otherwise specifically provided for in this schedule, complete all as specified & as directed.
Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.
Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.
Dismantling of stone slabs in roofs, suspended floors, chajjas, landings, etc., any description, any thickness, jointed in any mortar, complete all as specified & as directed.
Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.
M&L for Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

M&L for brick work with old size burnt clay sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Brick work under this item shall be carried out in sewage disposal work (i.e. manholes) and area drainage work (i.e. drains).
M&L for Jodhpur stone roof slabs, self faced 7.5cm to 10cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted and set, jointed and grouted in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & as directed.
M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.
M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, leveling course, etc, over stone patti/RCC roof slab, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.
S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan (Orissa pattern) water closet (white) of size 580x440mm with integral foot rests, ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, including connection to trap and flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Semi-Pedestal pattern), Anglo Indian type, white, including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti-sypohonage pipe etc., with plastic WC seat cover (white) closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminized hinging device, Jet spray (brass chromium plated of butterfly shape) with 1.00m PTMT tube suitable for 15 mm bore GI pipe with PTMT nut & nipple, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat back of size 630mm x 450mm with & including a pair of cast iron brackets embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 blocks of size 10x7.5x15cm, 32 mm dia PVC waste pipe and 32mm bore chromium plated brass waste fitting with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement & other end fixed, (excluding tap, waste chain & plug), complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F salt glazed stone ware drain pipes of 150mm bore, Class ‘SP 2’, ISI marked, laid to slope in trenches, jointed in CM (1:1) and tested, including demolition and breaking up drain pipes set in cement mortar complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.
M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in bedding to drain pipes, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
Cleaning functioning of existing sewage system and plumbing system (comprising of sewer line in CI, SGSW or SG pipes), manholes septic tanks and soakage wells of different types, sizes and depths, house connection from WC, bath, kitchen etc including gully traps, floor/Nahni traps, CI pipes and plumbing works etc of any description and in any positions below or above ground level, located in different situations and also on the surface of the wall etc complete in perfect functioning//removing connections without obstruction by removing all blockage in system including removing of all waste, solid or liquid or of any description complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.
De-sludging by removing of semi solid sludge, silt, foul water from the existing manhole of depth not exceeding 1.0 mtr any capacity in foul conditions, either by manually or by mechanically and flushing water to ensure free flow of sewage, placing in position the manhole covers of any description, removal of sludge & solid contents to any place outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing sewer pipe lines of any dia and at any depth (internally from manholes at any depth by rodding manually/ mechanically or with de-sluding machines as required at site including the following :- (a) Getting out the solid sludge and liquid matters from the connecting manholes. (b) Removing sludge land depositing and spreading at safe place far from populated area as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Removing and replacing in original position of manholes covers of any description complete. Note : (i) The rate shall interalia include cleaning of manholes. (ii) The length of sewer ling shall be inclusive of manholes.
De-sludging by removing of semi solid sludge from the existing septic tank of any depth of capacity 25 users in foul conditions, including taking & placing in position the manholes covers of any description, removal of sludge & solid contents to any place outside defence land and depositing where as dierected by Engineer-in-Charge.
All as per serial item 44.00 here-in-before but 50 users complete all as specified and directed.
