Excavating in Trenches not exc. 1.50 mtr wide and not exc. 1.50 mtr in depth, Taking Out and Laying of Cables, etc. and getting out in Soft / Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 250mm in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated Materials (Soils) not exc. 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 mtr above the Starting Point in Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/out unserviceable or serviceable UG Cables of any Cross Sectional Area and Connections including Bricks, GI Pipes, etc. of any descriptions, laid in Trenches and/or fixing with Walls/Poles including Segregating of Serviceable Materials viz Bricks, Cables, GI Pipes, etc. and keep in Safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Earth Work shall be Measured and Paid for separately under relevant Items).

Supply and laying for cable in trenches or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, heavy duty, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor for 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 10 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item Sl No. 5 above but of size 16 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item Sl No. 5 above but of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for re-laying/fixing or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, armoured, electric power UG cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volt grade, nominal cross-sectional area 10Sqmm 4 core including brass compression cable gland, terminal lug, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note-Old serviceable UG cable obtained from sl item no 4 above shall be reused / re-laid.

All as per Item No. 8 above, but Nominal Cross-Sectional Area 16 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 8 above, but Nominal Cross-Sectional Area 25 Sqmm 3½ Core complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches for protec-tion of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thick -ness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thick-ness of Sand Cushioning only shall be Measured and Paid for).

S&F Sub-Class B brick, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of Cable laid in Trenches over Sand Cushion laid for UG Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for re-laying only old brick in trenches for under ground cable protection (serviceable materials obtained from Item No. 4 here-in-before), complete all as directed.

Taking down/out unserviceable GI / HDPE Pipes of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/or fixing with Walls/Poles complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 50 mm High density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) of pressure rating 4 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Galvanised Iron Pipe 80mm Bore (dia) ‘Light Grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid in Floors/ Road Crossing, fixing to Pole with Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for Horizontal Boring for Passing Protection Pipe up to 80mm Bore (dia), under Road /Foot Path, not exc. 10.00 mtr in a Single Length, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Pipe to be measured separately.

S&F in repairs Straight Through (Epoxy) Cable Joint Kit including Jointing Materials for making Joints of UG Electric Cable 1100 Volt Grade Heavy Duty with PVC/XLPE insulated Aluminium Stranded Conductor, Nominal Cross-Sectional area exc. 70 Sqmm but not exc. 95 Sqmm, 3 or 3½ or 4 Core and Testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Cable Junction Box 200X160X98mm in size, made out of thermoplastic sheet having IP 65 protection for outdoor installation fixed with 4 way bakelite cable terminals including 03 Nos polymide gland with check nut (M-32 - 2 nos) fixed on poles with flat iron clamps of size 25x3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc. including applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint over a Coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer over clamps including taking out of old unserviceable cable junction box complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Cat No. K-9250 of HENSEL or equivalent model in SPELSBERG/RITTAL.

Supply and fixing in repairs passing through steel tubler pole/service connection, 1100 volts grade heavy duty weather proof flat cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor, twin core cable (BTC) of size 10 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earting complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 in SSR Part I of 2009 connected to earting test point all as specified or indiealed complete with excavation & earth work, PCC pit with 50mm thick RCC cover having suitable handle (10mm MS Rod) 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with GI funnel with wire mesh 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade ISI marked) forprotection of earth lead conductor all as directed and testing on completion.

Repair of incomming and outgoing cables of feeder pillar box/DB, 415 Volt, by taking out burnt out portion, dressing, crimping, replacement of gland, lugs, terminal nuts and bolts, etc. complete all as required at site. NOTE : Excavation, returning filling, bricks, sand and spares ie. gland, lugs, terminal nuts and bolts, etc to be measured and paid separately.

Supply, Install in reapirs Testing & Commissioning CPRI approved LT panel board, outdoor type, of size 1000 mm x 900 mm x 600 mm, degree of protection not less than IP-51, made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick, powder coated (spray paint) internally & externally, vermin & dustproof, and making provision of cable entry gland incoming & outgoing cables and housing MCCB, fixed on position with MS angle Iron 50x50x6mm and 600mm above ground, grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B2 block of size 30x30x30 cm including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and including provision of the following accessories/ components housed in it :-

Material and labour for painting to steel tubular pole 8.5 to 11 metre long with two coats of synthetic enamel painting up to 1.50 metre height from ground level in 30 cm alternative black and yellow strips and remaining portion with alluminium paint incl numbering of pole no by stensils and MS frames like channel,clamps, angle, D-clamps etc with two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel nuts, bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing/overhauling of HOT Cranes 01 T to 5 Ton capacity with span up to 12 Mtrs by dismantling and checking all serviceable and unserviceable mechanical parts like rope drum/pully,hook etc(all spare parts if required shall be paid under this item). Cleaning the rusted/greasy surfaces of the overhead crane girder travel and control panel, hook steel wire rope etc complete by Kerosene oil/ suitable inflammable chemical required at site after repairing the same parts of individual cranes re-fix the same to its original positions including all packing seals nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as required at site and directed including preparing the surfaces by all suitable means and spray painting the crane with one coat of syntactic enamel paint.Note:After repairing crane should tested as per specifications/norms).

Supply & Fixing in repairs power contactor spare coil of 240 V,AC1,MNX 300/400,50Hz including taking down old unserviceable coil from power contactor as specified and directed. Make : L&T Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
