Tender for Annual Service Contract for day-to-day Operations and Maintenance (O and M) and Comprehensive Maintenance of 15 KLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant, at RBI Bhopal

(A) Fixed Component: The component fixed by the Bank as ₹ 3,08,016/- arrived at using the existing minimum wage of Skilled Technician for 12 months, considering 26 days in a month, @ ₹ 918/- per day, as per the latest notification of the Central Labour Commission, which shall be the minimum wage to be paid by the contractor to the skilled Technician to be deployed for day to-day operations & maintenance + Provident Fund @ 12 % of the Minimum Wages (upto ₹1800/- per month). Bidders have to quote ₹ 3,08,016/- (for 12 months) for this component.

(B) Rate for item No.1 : Additional wages, if any the contractor intends to pay to the Highly Skilled Technician to be deployed for day to-day operations & maintenance over and above the Minimum Wages, statutory subscriptions / payments towards, ESI, bonus etc. as applicable, providing required types and quantities of cleaning materials, tools, consumables, safety accessories, personal hygiene materials, personal protective equipment’s (PPEs) / accessories etc., obtaining and submitting Workmen Compensation Policy, overhead charges to ensure monthly payment of wages / salary for the Technician to be deployed or any other overheads / incidental charges etc., per annum the bidder intends to add. Rates shall be quoted by the bidder in figures as a minimum 3% of Fixed Component (A). The Rate for item No.1 quoted by the bidder should not be less than 3 % of fixed component and there is no upper limit. The bids of those bidders who quote less than ₹ 9240/- towards Service Charges will be rejected and will not be considered for further processing. Further, Bidders offering ‘Nil’ or irrational quotes shall be liable for disqualification.

(C) Rate for item No.2: (Comprehensive Annual Maintenance & Service’ of the 15 KLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), its allied equipment / installations, accessories) in the ‘Schedule of Services’ in the Price bid of the tender, shall be quoted by the bidders in figures, which should also include Charges for raw water and treated water testing on a monthly basis through a laboratory accredited by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) of India. Rates for Item No. 2 shall be quoted by the bidders in figures on yearly basis.
