M&L for descaling the shell and tube condensors as per standard practice disconnnecting the pipe line connection and removing the end cover circulating diluted hydrochloric acid by pumping in to copper tubes minium half an hour and brushing. These copper tubes to be cleaned with nylon brush for removal of dirt and scales without damaging the tubes, removal of scales from the end cover and after ensuring all dirt and scales is removed wash the tubes with clean water in minimum one hour till all dust particals, scales washed out and re-assemble the condensor unit connect the pipe line and test and ensure the condensor working properly for the capacity upto 72TR complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

All as per item No.1 above but chiller plant condensor of capacity upto 72 TR complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and replacing the PVC honeycomb fills of size 300mm x 300mm x 150mm suitable for any capacity of cooling tower complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down carefully cooling tower 5.0 HP motor from its position and rewinding and servicing complete including open the motor greasing oiling and replacing of bal bearing rusted nuts,bolts, washers refixing the same position and painting with a coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down carefully cooling tower 3.0 HP motor from its position and rewinding and servicing complete including open the motor greasing oiling and replacing of bal bearing rusted nuts,bolts, washers refixing the same position and painting with a coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down carefully cooling tower 5.0 HP motor from its position and servicing complete including open the motor greasing oiling and replacing of ball bearing rusted nuts,bolts, washers refixing the same position and painting with a coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down carefully cooling tower 3.0 HP motor from its position and servicing complete including open the motor greasing oiling and replacing of ball bearing rusted nuts,bolts, washers refixing the same position and painting with a coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down carefully condenser or chiller pump motor from its position and servicing complete including open the motor greasing oiling and replacing of ball bearing rusted nuts,bolts, washers refixing the same position and painting with a coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer of capacity 10 HP all as directed.

All as per above item No 11 but capacity 7.5 HP

Taking down carefully AHU centrifugal motor from its position and rewinding and servicing complete including open the motor greasing oiling and replacing of bal bearing rusted nuts,bolts, washers refixing the same position and painting with a coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer of capacity 15 HP complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

All as per above item No 15 but capacity 12.5 HP

Taking down carefully AHU centrifugal motor from its position and servicing complete including open the motor greasing oiling and replacing of ball bearing rusted nuts,bolts, washers refixing the same position and painting with a coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer of capacity 20 HP complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

All as per above item No 18 but capacity 15.0 HP

M&L removing old paint and apply one coat of primer & two coat of synthetic enamel paint over MS pipes in AC plant condenser unit, chiller unit, cooling tower inlet outlet pipes of size 40, 50 mm dia, all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. Note : Tint of paint shall be as direction of AGE(I).

All as per above item No 24 but capacity of MS pipes 80, 100mm dia.

M&L for base channel of condenser & chiller pumpset of various capacity installed at AC plant made out of MS section including necessary fixing arrangement with suitable bolts and nuts, duly painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete including taking down old base channel and making good disturbed concrete work to fix base channel all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for painting for AHU installed at AC plant one coat of primer & two coat of synthetic enamel paint over AHU inside & outside complete foundation channel complete after scraping existng paint from surface with emery paper, Note :- colour of paint as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for painting for cooling tower installed at AC plant one coat of primer & two coat of synthetic enamel paint over cooling tower inside & outside complete, cooling tower motor complete, fan blade and foundation channel complete after scraping existng paint from surface with emery paper, Note :- colour of paint as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for painting for Electrical Panel board installed at AC plant one coat of primer & two coat of synthetic enamel paint outside complete, and foundation channel complete after scraping existng paint from surface with emery paper complete all as directed by Engr in charge. Note :- colour of paint as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, and size of the panel appx 10'x6'x2'= one job

Supply and fix in replacment the ' Y ' stainer 80 mm size for AC plant cooling tower inlet water complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

All as per above item No 30 but capacity 100 mm size

All as per above item No 30 but capacity 150 mm size

Supply and fix in replacement of 150 mm MS pipe heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to wall etc. complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of 150 mm MS butterfly valve complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

S&F in replacement of cooling tower motor aluminium fan blade with hub suitable for 150 TR cooling tower complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of 50 mm gun metal gate valve complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

All as per above item No 36 but capacity 25 mm size complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

S&F AC plant diagram & flow chart for working principle, specifications, AC plant control lines and plant condenser , chiller lines fixcing with 6'x4' display board all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix repair cooling tower water runnery sprinkeler type pipe lines or fixed sprinkeler type pipe lines including sprinkeler nozzeles as per site requirement complete all as directed by Engr in charge.
