Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out as in soft / loose soil and all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

40mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled mild steel work with Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete conforming to Fe410 (Gde E-250) all as specified and directed.

Roof trusses (framed) Fe-410 (Gde-E-250) quality A, trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Switch piano flush type 5/ 6 Amps single pole, one way complete all as specified and directed.
