Removing existing/old damaged Roof Treatment of any(Brick tiles and Mudfuska) description by scrapping with using Wire Brush and Removing the Same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Dismantling all water tanks and after roof treatment connect all tanks during working time if any tanks, float valves, GI pipes damaged contactor should replace the same (upto all stories)

M&L for Roof Treatment on existing Concrete Surfaces with the following Specifications:– (a) Rendering 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 including mixing of Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per Manufacturer’s Instructions on Cleaned Concrete Surfaces of Roof after applying a Neat Cement Slurry @ 3.0 KILO-GRAM PER SQUARE METRE, Plastered Surfaces Fair finished including Curing of Plastered Surfaces for 7 DAY by pounding of Water over the Roof (Levelling Course) and applying two coat of DR fixit coat over cement plaster (b) Applying evenly one Coat of Cold Bituminous Primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 @ 0.30 LITRE PER SQUARE METRE on the Cleaned Plastered Surfaces. (c) Only a Coat of Blown Hot Bitumen of Grade 85/25 @ 1.20 KILOGRAM PER SQUARE METRE on Primed Surfaces. (d)Applying a layer of APP based Polymeric Membrane, 3.0mm thick (minimum) Weighing 3.0 KILOGRAM PER SQUARE METRE (reinforced) with Polyester Non Woven Fabric weighing not less than 160 GRAM PER SQUARE METRE by Torch application. The Overlap shall be minimum 100mm on Traverse direction and 75mm on Longitudinal direction and Sealing Overlap. (e)Applying evenly one Coat of Aluminium Paint @ 0.10 LITRE PER SQUARE METRE over the APP Based Polymeric Membrane. (f) PCC 1:2:4 type BO using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate for filleting and benching slightly rounded or chamfered on edges.

Dismantling tiling of single layer Mangalore Pattern roof tile laid dry complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 03 above but bedded in lime or cement mortar complete all ,as specified and directed.

M&L for roof tiles, Mangalore Pattern, interlocking at side joints laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 05 above but except tile complete

M&L for ridge tiles, Mangalore Pattern, set and jointed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 07 above but except Mangalore Pattern ridge

Dismantling battens for tiles, shingles etc, of any size including tilting fillets spacing exc 15 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 2nd class hardwood clean sawn battens at 30cm centres of sectional area exc 5 & n.exc 15 sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10 above but except battens

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section in any position in framed work complete

M&L second class hard wood clean sawn in scantling fixed in framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding , any description in any position with nails complete

M&L 2nd class hardwood clean sawn weather boarding, plain, 20mm thick or feather edged 15mm to 20mm thick and fixed with 30mm laps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the surfaces of wood and wood based materials new or old of any description and girth noth otherwise described and treated with two coats of cresote oil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing the surfaces of tiles battern any size and spacing prepared and treated all over (measured overall on one side only),spaces not deducted with two coats of cresote oil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 17 above but one coat on old batter surface

M&L for preparing new surface of wood of any decription, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all, as specified and directed.

S&F 750 Ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks(Cylindrical vertical with closed top)hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including dismantling/demolition (PVC/RCC/Stone & PCC block masonry) of old unserviceable water tank of capacity exc 500 & nexc 1000 ltrs and 20mm bore dia of pipe ball brass valves, high pressure, with polyuthene float and flynut complete , screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed including rubbish off debris beyond 100 m & n.exc 250 m complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 20 above but capacity of water storage tank 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63mm thick CGI sheeting with two corrugation side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roof, walls etc including dismantling of existing sheet of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick plain, galvanised , mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing(length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 including dismantling of existing shteet complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes fixed as in spouts including cutting holes and making good and including dismantling of old existing pipe complete.

All as per item No 24 above but 75mm dia complete

S&F in repair 110mm PVC(SWR)bends complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 26 above but 75mm dia complete

Raking out joints/ pointing to random or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses built in cement mortar complete all as specified

M & L raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or bought upto courses in CM 1:4 including necessary scaffolfing upto all floor complete all as specified and directed

Taking down Cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. (all floor and scafolding)

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on Fair Faces of Brick Work or Concrete Surfaces, Plastered Surfaces finishing Fair and Even including Ceiling and walls (all floor and scafolding) , complete all as specified and as directed.(all floor and scafolding)

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Fair Faces of Brick Work or Concrete Surfaces, Plastered Surfaces finishing Fair and Even, complete including Ceiling and walls (all floor and scafolding) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new decorated surfaces plastered on walls including cornices plasters by brooming down or steel wire brusing, scraping down, smoke spots and M&L for applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic of approved colour and shade by accepting officer complete over a coat of primer and over 2 to 3 mm thick birla putty punning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make-Asian (Apex Ultima) paints/Berger (Whether coat long life) including necessary scaffolding upto all floor.

M&L for preparing new decorated surfaces plastered on walls including cornices plasters by brooming down or steel wire brusing, scraping down, smoke spots and applying two coat of oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete and over 2 to 3 mm thick birla putty punning and to be applied by authorized applicator of manufacture's as approved by GE complete all as specified or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: Asian Paint (Tractor)/Berger paints (Bison super) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make-Asian (Apex Ultima) paints/Berger (Whether coat long life) including necessary scaffolding upto all floor.

M&L for preparing old decorated surfaces plastered or unplastered on brick wall/concrete surface throughly rubbing down with water cleaning the surface upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and filling the cracks/depression/holes etc by putty of approved make including necessary form work upto 4th floor and applying one coat of oil emulsion complete all as specified or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast PCC block masonary type C-1, 1:3:6 exc 10 cm width and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plastering on block/stone masonry surfaces in CM 1:4 finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI steel Tubing of 15 mm bore of pipe connections including all fittings or removal to store

Taking up or down GI steel Tubing of 20 mm bore of pipe connections including all fittings or removal to store

S & F galvanised iron tubing 15 mm bore of pipe medium grade with and including all fittings & fixed complete to wall & ceiling or laid on floors including clamps all as specified and directed

Refixing old GI tubing 15 mm bore of pipe and fittings, to walls and ceiling or laying in floors in new or old position including cleaning as directed.

Refixing old GI tubing 20 mm bore of pipe and fittings, to walls and ceiling or laying in floors in new or old position including cleaning as directed.

M&L 20mm bore dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

(a) M & L for carrying out NON-DESTRUCTIVE water proofing treatment to sunken slab, floors and walls of bath, WC, WHB and urinalos (combined unit) with using non destructive construction chemical methods such as hydrophobic PU grouting, Epoxy coating etc including clearing of surface with wire brush and detecting the sources of leakages and repairing surfaces all as per manufactures instructions & directed. NOTE :- The rate is inclusive replacement of pipe between wall and bend portion. Make : The rate is inclusive : Coreseal 357/A/Coreseal 357 CAT of M/s Buildcore Chemicals (addded @ 0.55 Kg per Sqm of treatement area) or equivalent of M/s STP Ltd or M/s Pidilite Industries as approved by GE . (b) The rate is inclusive : M & L for second course injection of coreseal 135A/Coreseal 135B (0.65 Kg per Sqm of treatement area) to the treatment area under item 1 here-in-before. Make: M/s Buildcore Chemicals or equivalent of M/s STP Ltd or M/s Pidilite Industries as approved by GE.
