Providing and fixing tubular fender on steel frame at the low landing of Eastern side jetty Minicoy including fabrication and fixing of steel frame.

Fabrication, supply and assembling of steel frame at both rear side low landing of size 7.50x1.50x0.15m( 2x2 set) at eastern side jetty Minicoy with corrosion resistant M.S Plate, including cutting into size, grinding the edges, welding with 4 mm advani orlikan make over cord-s electrodes and gas welding as per direction of the EIC, including cost of all materials, hire charges and running expenses of welding generator set, cost of all labour charges, minor tools, cost of electrodes, gas cylinders, cost of Steel Plate, transportation charges including all GST other charges etc, complete.

Cleaning with cotton waste the newly fabricated plates, painting primer coat with anti corrossive marine quality zinchromate primer paint, two coats of marine quality antifouling bitumen based color paints over primer coat of the surface of the steel frame as directed by the EIC, including cost of all labour charges, cost of paint and thinner, brushes, minor tools etc. complete.

Transportation of steel frame of size 7.50x1.50x0.15m from fabrication yard/ unloading point at Minicoy to eastern side jetty, within a lead of 2 KM, including hire charges of fork lift, crane,tracto & trailor, cost of all labour charges , minor tools etc complete.

Installation of steel frame fabricated as per item (1) above in between two piles at the low landing of eastern side jetty at Minicoy, drilling holes on the jetty and side walls wherever required, fixing anchor bolts, fixing the circular steel clamp on piles at (+) 1.10 m level, fixing the steel frame, providing G.I chain wherever required, welding the frame with pile clamp, joining the two frames with joining plate, providing tubular fenders of 20 cm outer dia and 3 mtr long etc, as directed by the EIC, including cost of all labour charges for drilling holes, welding work, fixing the pile clamp,cost of all scafolding, cost of G.I stud link chain, 'D' shackles,anchor bolts and bolt & Nuts for fixing clamp and steel frame, cost of all other materials required for the work, but excluding hire charges of crane which will be provided by the department on free of hire charges at Minicoy etc. complete.

Supplying and Fixing of Cylindrical fender of size 3mtr long with 200mm OD and 100mm ID manufactured by compression moulding pressure at very high pressure of 1000T &2000T load with all stainless bolts, flanges, washer and accessories in position as directed by EIC,including cost of Cylindrical fenders, GI Chain 16/20 mm dia( 3.50m), D shackle 12 mm dia(2Nos), mooring rings ( 2 nos/fender) of size ID/OD-140mm/200mm(as per IS 2760) with test certificate , cost of fixing, transportation charges of all materials worksite, all labour charges, cost of minor tools etc. complete.
