M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces of cranes rail trac both side cleaning and removing loosely inherent material/paint using hand tools—a wire brush/ scraper (confirming to SSPC SP-2 st2) or using a power tool such as a grinder (confirming to SSPC SP-2 st3) and then washing it off with acetone or thinner (confirming to SSPC SP- 1) or any other water based liquid solvent to get cleaner surface for painting, coating, and then applying two coats of epoxy paint over one coat of red oxide as specifed and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and applying microconcrete of Fosroc, Dr Fixit, or equivalent aroung edges of Dock walls, jetties, corners, grooves, alters, steps, piers and other marine structure after complete cleaning of concrete/stone surface and applying epoxy coat as bonding agent Fosroc's Nitobond or equavalent for bonding between old and new surface, including all lifts, shuttering all as required as per site condition and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for. Including removal of rubbish outside MD land.

Cleaning of covered drains of sectional aea exc 0.05 Sqm but n.exc 0.15 Sqm by using suitable device for removing blockage of line, mud, silt and other debris and removal of obtained spoils out MD land, including taking precautionary and safety measures etc complete all as spcified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of covered drains of sectional aea exc 0.24 Sqm but n.exc 1.00 Sqm by using suitable device for removing blockage of line, mud, silt and other debris and removal of obtained spoils out MD land, including taking precautionary and safety measures etc complete all as spcified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil and demolised concrete to a distance exc. 25 Km & depositing where directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in floor kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges.

Taking down 40mm bore, GI tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store.

S&F 40 mm dia medium grade galvanized steel tubing with all fittings fixed to walls, ceilings or laid under floors all as specified and directed complete all as specified and as directed.
