Construction of New Block and Auditorium and Renovation of Existing Building of School of Eminence Boys Nangal Distt Rupnagar Civil Work Public Health Work and Electrical Work

Part-A Construction of Auditorium in School of Eminence at Nangal Civil Work C1 Construction of Auditorium (500 Seating Capacity)-RCC framed Structure Excavation in soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, including all lifts and combined lead upto 30m. Earth filling under floors with surplus ordinary soil or soil containing gravel or kankar uopt 40%^ excavated from outside the building plinth in 15 cm layers including ramming, watering and consolidating lead upto 30 meters.

Providing and applying Anti Termite Treatment using pre constructional chemical treatment measures as per IS - 6313 - 2001 ( Part 2 ) & using Chemical containg chloropyrifos systemic insecticide diluted to manufacturer's specifications (i) In foundation pits, by treating the bottom & sides upto height of 300mm by uniformly spraying solution @ 5 Litre / Sqm (ii) In the refill earth on both sides of all built up walls @7.5 Litre / Running meter ( width - 300 mm, depth- 450 mm ) (iii) Before laying the floor, by uniformly sprinkling the top surface of the consolidated earth within the outer perimeter @ 5 Litre solution per Sqm. Note :- The Engineer in Charge will ensure consumption of chemical as per manufacturer's specifications & minimum 5 years warranty from the concerned dealer.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 With stone aggregate 40mm gauge mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (vertical or battering)

Centering and shuttering for columns (Square or rectangular or poly gonal in plain)

Extra rate for shuttering work done above 4 metres height (where any single storey exceeds 4 metres in height) for every additional height of 1 metres or part thereof. (4.00 to 5.00 mtr.)

Extra rate for shuttering work done above 4 metres height (where any single storey exceeds 4 metres in height) for every additional height of 1 metres or part thereof. (5.00 to 6.00 mtr.)

Extra rate for shuttering work done above 4 metres height (where any single storey exceeds 4 metres in height) for every additional height of 1 metres or part thereof. (6.00 to 7.00 mtr.)

Extra rate for shuttering work done above 4 metres height (where any single storey exceeds 4 metres in height) for every additional height of 1 metres or part thereof. (7.00 to 8.00 mtr.)
