Comperehensive Maintenance of DG Set of Make Cummins/Kirloskar and Capacity 20 KVA , consisting daily, monthly, half yearly Periodical Routine Maintenance/Checks as per OEM Recommendation, minor repairs and testing of DG set, including under mentioned works complete all as directed :- (a) Examine suction and Exhaust Valves and Cleaing if necessary for smooth operation (b) Examine and clean fuel injection, nozzles (c) Check clearnce of suction and exhaust valves and adjust if required (d) Changing of Oil filters, Fuel filters, Screen filters assy and air filter as and when required (e) Clean Alternator winding in position by forced air and internal surfaces, lubricate DE & NDE bearings as and when required (f) Tightining of all nut bolts (g) Greasing wherever is requird (h) Checking of any leakage of fuel & Oil lines (i) Cleaning of fuel tank when due (j) Checking and servicing of Turbo Charger as and when required. (Note : (a) Work is including consumables like cotton waste cloth kerosene oil etc. (b) 'B' Check shall be carried out every month (c) Complaints if any shall be attended as and when ordered (through Phone/in writing) by Engineer-in-Charge/JE (d) Major over hauling of Parts and spares will be measured and paid separately) (e) diesel required at the time of mainteance/ testing will be issued and filled by MES. Maintenance to EOT Crane Comprehensive preventive, maintenance for operationally fit EOT crane 5 ton capacity, located at gunshed LPR & Equipment shed at CQA(W) Jbp, inspection and maintenance of longitudinal travel / cross travel assembly system and checking lubricating of gear system, topping up of lubricant of desired level, replacement of gasket, nuts, bolts and washers, split pins for proper tightness and safety and worn out parts, checking and testing of electric control system,braking system, coupling unit travel track etc., all other miscellaneous item and check necessary for safe operation of crane including replacement of worn out parts, preventive maintenance of housing system assembly comprising of inspection, checking and topping up / charging of lubricants and gasket, bracing, pully, nuts, dollys, washers, split pins, bushes hooks, checking of housing pulley and lubrication thereof, hoisting rope for cut abberation etc., and cleaning up all grease / clipping materials, servicing, setting and testing braking system for its safe operation, setting right and replacement of damaged wiring of electrical system in and outside cabins, replacement of worn out spares, maintenance of electrical control system comprising of followings:- Inspection, checking, decarbonizing and tightening of electrical connection in total system and replacement of thimbles, fuses, setting and tightening the same as per their capacity, setting of voltage system, fused indicating lamp, all other miscellaneous item like main switches etc., spares complete for safe and satisfactory run of crane complete all as directed. (ii) Contractor will carry out comprehensive maintenance once in a week in addition he will also attend to any type of break down on emergency basis as and when intimated by JE E/M or Engineer-in-Charge (iii) Contractor will ensure serviceability and safty of crane during his each visit by way of maintaining Job card duly signed by JE E/M, in addition contractor will provide safety certificate once in entire contract period. (iv) Contractor will have to submit crane test/checking report on monthly,quarterly and half monthly basis,also as mentioned on para. (v) Requirement of one tradesmen min qual ITI.

Supply only gear oil EP-140 complete all as directed.

Supply only multi grade AP-3 grease, superior quality as approved complete all as directed.

Supply only Engine oil 20W40 of suitable grade as per manufacturers recommendation suitable for DG Set and all per directed.

Supply and fix in Repairs Power contactor, as per site suitable for 20 KVA DG Set capacity AMF Pane with 415 volts, 50HZ, 3 phase complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in Repairs Power contactor, as per site suitable for 40 KVA DG Set capacity AMF Pane with 415 volts, 50HZ, 3 phase complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in Repairs Power contactor, as per site suitable for 62.5 KVA DG Set capacity AMF Panel with 415 volts, 50HZ, 3 phase complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in Repairs power contactor, as per site suitable for 125 KVA DG Set capacity AMF Pane with 415 volts, 50HZ, 3 phase complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 230/12 V with suitable tolerance battery charger with reverse protection and making suitable connections upto 125 KVA DG Set AMF Panel and all as per required and directed.

S&F in repairs relay 12V DC suitable for AMF Panel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs phase and voltage control supply monitoring 1 ph, 3 Ph-4Wire,240 V AC ,47 to 63 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs electronic timer on delay 240 V AC/24 V.AC/DC,5/60Hz,toming 3s-30h complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs closing coil for MCX33 or equivalent type contactor complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 18 here-in-before but for MCX22 or equivalent type contactor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of internal wiring of AMF Panel using standard copper conductor of size upto 4 sqmm (as required) suitable for DG set of capacity upto 125 KVA and all per required and drected.

Repair of Old 12 Volts Battery charger after Disconnecting it from exiting AMF Panel and make proper connection after repairing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable AVR from DG Set and Supply and Fixing AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) suitable for DG Set of Make Kirloskar/Cummins of capacity 20 to 125 KVA having input voltage 2 phase + neutral sensing voltage 415, output voltage 95 V DC, output current 4A DC voltage regulation +/- 1 % average volts, over excitation current tripping, fuse protection 4 A, fast acting and frequency 50 Hz complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs MCCB 4 pole ,100 Amps, 415 Volts 25 KA including connecting up with suitable size of lugs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs MCCB 4 pole , 63 Amps, 415 Volts 25 KA including connecting up with suitable size of lugs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Descaling the radiator assembly and inter cooler assembly after disconnecting and dismantling from the engine, cleaning with acid, checking/rectifying any leakage, replacing gaskets, hose pipes, clips, reassemble/refix with the engine, refilling the coolent oil complete for DG Set of capacity 20 to 125 KVA all as directed.

M&L for Repairs to 12 V self starter assy for DG Set 20 KVA to 125 KVA by removing, dismantling and taking it to authorised workshop and replacing unserviceable armature including field coil tapping, re-fixing to the engine testing for satisfactory function all as directed.

M&L for Repairs to 12V battery charging dynamo assembly by removing, dismantling, replacing the unserviceable burnt rotor and stator assembly, assembly reaffixing to the engine and testing for satisfactory charging of battery all as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches/through pipes or bare in road crossings/paths/drains/ ducts/floors/along poles/walls/ ceilings/ equipments etc. Cable Under ground, Heavy duty, armoured, XLPE insulated with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of 240 Sqmm 3.5 core cross sectional area all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cable and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for poles, struts, stays etc. and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for cushioning for protection of cable using dry river sand, free from particles all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable protection with one layer of new bricks laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs on Pole/Wall Flood light fittings for use with LED lamps, 150 watts, 230 Volt, with high quality lenses & reflector, with toughened glass cover, IP-65 class of protection, complete with control gear and all accessories including lamp.

S&F in repairs On Load Change over swith capacity 200 amps, 415 Volts,4 pole front handle operatred complete with sheet metal enclosure fixed on wall and makin gproper connections of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to Auto Transfer Switch of Capacity 200 Amps and making proper connection of incoming and outgoing cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only distilled water suitable for 12 V bettery complete all as specified and directed.Make-Exide or equivalent

M&L for Preperation of old painted exposed surface of DG Set, removing all dirt, dust, grease oil etc and Painting exposed surfaces of DG set including accessories fixed with the DG Set, with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour all as directed for DG Set of capacity upto 125KVA.
