Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation for laying cable, pole, stay assembly etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning,filling in and including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not more than 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks) with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for river bed sand (Tibba sand) filling in trenches around under ground cable to provide cable cushion gently punning down to required thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT U/G 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed steel armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor (conforming to IS 1554) in trenches/ducts/ through RCC pipes under roads of following sizes, complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Any change in alignment of existing cable will not be allowed without prior written approval of GE.

(a) 4 core 120 sqmm

(b) 3½ core 95 sqmm

(c) 3½ core 70 sqmm

(d) 4 core 25 sqmm

(e) 4core 16 sq mm

Supply, fixing & installing Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.0 metres long complete all as specified and as directed. Note The portion above coping on the pole shall be painted in alternative bands of black & white colour starting with white colour (each band of 30 cm wide) by two coat of synthetic enamelled paint upto 1.5 m height and unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of stay assembly / struts / poles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of New Generation Energy Saving LED street light: indus-E Series top opening 90 watt. powder coated coted PDC aluminium housing with integrated lens Polycarbonate cover,SMD LED with integrated lens cover,body with toughened glass, IP 66 protection. etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make Crompton ,Cat No LSTP-90-CDL or any other equivalent makes as per Appendix 'B'.

Supply and fixing of New Generation Energy Saving LED Flood light: indus-E Series top opening 90 watt, powder coated PDC aluminium housing with integrated lens, Polycarbonate cover, SMD LED with integrated lens cover, body with toughened glass, IP 66 protection etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make Crompton ,Cat No LFLN-90-CDL/60 or any other equivalent makes as per Appendix 'B'.

Supply and fixing of GI pipe bracket 40 mm dia, medium grade, 1.50 mtr long and bend in 120 degree angle for mounting of street light of suitable size including 2 x FI clamp, nut & bolts and washers of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of thermoplastic, polystyrene unbreakable junction box size 217 x 253 x 115 mm out door type with cable contactor for 16 sq mm 4 core cable,suitable for pole mounted outdoor type IP 66 insulated complete with FI clamp & nut, bolts, washers and including copper bus bar of size 25 X 3 mm three phase and neutral, separator between R, Y, B and one MCB SP 6 amp 10 KA, all duly mounted on din channel, cable glands for cable entry complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing of nature switch for automatic ON/OFF of street light by sensing natural light of 3 phase upto 5-8 KW load. For switching ON< = 30 lux, For switching OFF>=10 Lux, Auto high voltgae sense and trip, auto low voltage sense and trip, 50-60HZ, IP66 protection class 2, with 3 Nos contactors and 32-40 Amp MCB and copper wiring by minimum of 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Cat part No- Swadeep 02EC -5KW3P or equivalent cat part in other makes as per Appendix 'B'.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level ), with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level , connected to and including galvanised earth strip 32X 6 mm by means of galvanised iron bolts , nut and washers and connected to other end to main panel board duly protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm dia " light grade " earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top watering pipe 20 mm bore of galvanised iron " medium grade " with funnel all as shown on electrical plate No 5 of SSR part -I and connecting to earthing testing on completion including cast iron cover frame and PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with cast iron cover and frame including necessary earth work etc and taking down dismanting of existing unserviceable earthing with accessories complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note : (i) PCC Chamber shall be constructed atleast 1.5 mtrs away form the earth electrode of the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Supply and fixing of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated copper conductor cable with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection three core stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm drawn through steel pole from junction box to street light fitting including 20 mm dia polyethylene pipe , 2 x FI clamp of size 25mm x 3mm at a distance of 2mtr each other above ground level, nut & bolts and washers of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of GI pipe size 40 mm dia medium grade fixed on poles, walls and ceiling etc. with all fittings for protection of cable including clamps of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC conduit Pipe of 25 mm dia heavy grade with clamps, screws including tee, bends, elbows fixing on walls etc. with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for boring under road/drain by manual/machine method for inserting GI tubing up to 80 mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old existing ACSR conductor of any type/size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old existing MS cross arms of any type/shape complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old existing Insulators of any type/shape complete all as specified and as directed.
