Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling/ stone slabe incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish of the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection path etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in base coarse for floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick coloured (Square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed as in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 400x400x 7to8mm thick (square/ rectangular) as in floors set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement including provision of screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles joint free in vertical surfaces as in wall/ wall cladding of size 350x250x7mm/ 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (light shade, Square/ rectangular) polished area of each tiles exceeding n.exc 0.36 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed as in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified skid ceramic tiles 10mm thick (light shade, Square/ rectangular) polished area of each tiles exceeding n exc 0.36 sqm in vertical surface such as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick backing coat in cment mortar 1:4 complete.
