Attending complaints of light or power circuit due to burning/disconnecting of any wire i.e neutral phase or tripping of MCB or unserviceability of any item such as switch socket MCB etc, rectification of fault including any petty repair required to restore the electric supply for checking of existing electrical items for contineous electric supply including carrying out minor repairs such as changing of fuse, small pieces of wires etc. carrying out repairs such as tightening of loosen electric connections, nuts, bolts screws or switches, sockets, switch board, ceiling fans/exhaust fans etc. required to make the item functional during 0900 hours to 1700 hours by deploying electrician alongwith helper including necessary T&P and dismantling / Taking down complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Replacement of electrical fitting/fixtures shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items. (b) Repairs/faults in any one quarter/ one occupancy shall be considered as one complaint (one measuring unit) even if repair is involved in more than one light point or fitting, however supply & fixing of fitting/ fixtures replaced shall be measured & paid separetely. (c) Number of complaint may varry day to day contractor shall quote their rates accordingly.
