Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil, loame, clay or sand inculuding lift upto 1.5 m & lead upto 30m including filling watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & the sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge upto a distance of 30mfrom the foundation trenches. Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 Kn in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening / binding material to fill up the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required dencity . Grading - III ( with 22.40-53 mm size stone ballast) As per technical specification clause 405.

Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, final local sand of 1.25 FM and cement in proportion of 12 :6 : 1 in foundation and under floor, Including supply of all Material with mixer machine, Labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion the work.As per S.I. No. 273

First class Brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse Sand morter in foundation & Plinth inculding supply of all materials Labour T & P etc.required for proper completion of work. As per S.I. No. 305.

12 m.m. thick Plaster with Cement mortar consisting of one part of cement and 5 part of coarse sand of 2.25 FM on brick work including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc.S.I No 584(i).

Cement Concrete with 20 mm. gauge approved stone grit ; approved Coarse Sand and Cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 inculding supply of all Material, Labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion the work. As per S.I. No. 279(i)

Providing and laying of factory made 80 mm thick Interlocking cement concrete tiles (30mpa) including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding/ laying of Interlocking tiles leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with fine sand including the cost of material, labour T&P etc.required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. Gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1½:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also inculding supply of all Material, Labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No. 283A.
