UPGRADATION/ALTN OF BLDG NO. PB-21 AND PB-23 OF NCO ACADEMY AT DHANA MILITARY STATION UNDER AGE (I) DHANA

Demolition of PCC as in roof pedding(Incl APP membrane) (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing,chajjas and similar suspended workcomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as levelling course of roof padding finished even and fair to receive APP membrine complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for preparing RCC roof surfaces with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particle and applying APP membrane HMHDPE 3 Kg plain (thickness 3 mm) (total weight of the finished membrane not less than 3.0 kg/ sqm ± 5 % per sqm) confirming to IS 16540: 2017 of following operation complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25⁰C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscosity 70-160 cps, laying over the primer coat using Butane Torch and sealing all joints, overlapping etc. as per Annex D of IS 16540: 2017 (b) Applying hot blown grade bituminen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over primer. (c) Laying of polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not than 3 kg/Sqm

M & L for cutting grooves or chase in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and including filling with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing as mentioned in Annex D of IS 16532: 2017, IS 16540: 2017 compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coat of aluminium paint at the rate of 100 gm/ Sqm as per manufacturer instruction over bituminous layer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description incl quions arches but excluding aslars facing complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints for key and srubbing down with water etc complete all as specified .

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete the surface even and smooth without using extra cement in CM (1:4) Mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% complete all as specified and directed.( Note :Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separatel)
